المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى استخدام وتبني منصة التعليم الإلكتروني E-Learning لجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة في ظل الجهود الرامية إلى تطوير وتحسين التعليم الجامعي، وباعتبار أن العملية التعليمية هي عملية اتصالية بجميع عناصرها تدخل هذه الدراسة في صميم تخصص تكنولوجيات الاتصال الجديدة، ولقد قمنا فيها بالإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة التالي "ما مدى استخدام وتبني منصة التعليم الإلكتروني E-Learning وخدماته التي توفرها جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة لكل من الأساتذة والطلبة؟"، وللإجابة عليه اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يناسب طبيعة الدراسة، واخترنا كل من الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات، ووزع استبيان الدراسة على عينة حصصيه تشكلت من فئتين هما فئة الطلبة المكونة من 357 طالب وفئة الأساتذة المكونة من 105 أستاذ.

Cette étude vise à déterminer l’échelle d’utilisation et d’adoption de la plateforme d’enseignement électronique ELearning de l’université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla et cela à la lumière des efforts visant le développement et l’amélioration l’enseignement universitaire. Et vu que le processus d’enseignement est une opération de liaison avec tous ses éléments et cette étude est coeur de la spécialité des technologies Nous répondu dans cette étude à la question principale suivante : Qu’elle est l’échelle d’utilisation et d’adoption de l’enseignement électronique E-Learning et ses services que rend disponible l’université Kasdi Merbah Ouargla pour les enseignants et étudiantsEt pour répondre à cette question , nous avons suivi l’approche descriptive et analytique suivante :Qui convient à la nature de l’étude ,et nous avons choisi le questionnaire et l’interview comme outils pour recueillir les donnés. Le questionnaire de l’étude a été divisé en deux chapitres sur le l’échantillon à quota composé de deux groupes : Le groupe d’étudiants comprenant 357 étudiants et le groupe d’enseignants comprenant 105 enseignants

This study aims to highlight the extent to which the E-Learning platform of University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla is being used and adopted in the context of efforts to develop and improve university education, As the educational process is a communication process with all its components, this study is at the core of the specialization of new communication technologies. We answered the main question of the study: “How much is the E-learning platform used and adopted by University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla by both the professors and students?”, To answer it, we have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach that suits the nature of the study and we selected both the questionnaire and the interview as data collection tools. The study questionnaire was distributed to a sample of classes consisting of two categories: 357 students and 105 professors.
