هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاحتياجات التدريبية للموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسات التعليمية بمنطقة جازان. ومعرفة الفروق المتعلقة بالاحتياجات التدريبية بين الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسات التعليمية. من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والذي يعرف بأنه طريقة في البحث تتناول أحداث وظواهر وممارسات موجودة متاحة للدراسة والقياس كما هي، دون تدخل في مجرياتها وتستطيع الدراسة أن تتفاعل معها فتصفها وتحللها. ويتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عينة من الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسات التعليمية ببعض المدارس التعليمية بمنطقة جازان قوامها (30) مفردة. وخرجت نتائج الدراسة بضرورة الارتقاء بمستوى التخطيط، على اعتباره من أهم محاور العملية التدريبية، وذلك من خلال وضع آليات عمل تتفق مع السياسات والأهداف. وضرورة الالتزام بالتقييم القبلي والآني وما بعد التدريب واستخدام وسائل وأساليب التقييم المختلفة. وذلك للوقوف على الجانب السلبي وتقويمه فور حدوثه وتفادي حدوثه فيما بعد، بالإضافة لتعزيز الجانب الإيجابي.
The study aimed to know the training needs of employees working in educational institutions in the Jazan region. Knowing the differences related to training needs among employees working in educational institutions. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used, which is defined as a method of research that deals with existing events, phenomena and practices that are available for study and measurement as they are, without interference in their course, and the study can interact with them, describe and analyze them. The study population is represented in a sample of employees working in educational institutions in some educational schools in the Jazan region, consisting of (30) individuals, The results of the study came out with the need to raise the level of planning, as it is one of the most important axes of the training process, through the development of work mechanisms that are consistent with policies and objectives. And the necessity of adhering to the pre-, immediate and post- training evaluation, and the use of various evaluation methods and methods. This is to identify the negative side and evaluate it as soon as it occurs and avoid its occurrence later, in addition to strengthening the positive side.
