المستخلص: "النظم القرآني في تراكيبه اللغوية يأتي بتدابير قانونية وخلقية واجتماعية في آن واحد لإصلاح الحياة البشرية مخاطبا بذلك النفوس والعواطف الإنسانية. فالخطاب القرآني أوعية لفظية محملة بدلالات لغوية أبعاد نفسية، وأخرى فكرية.... أعمق وأجدر بالعناية والملاحظة والتتبع والبحث. ومن ثم يعنى هذا البحث بتجلية أثر خطاب القرآن الكريم في آيتي غض البصر في النفس البشرية إذ اللغة تؤثر في النفس البشرية، ومدى إبراز الجانب اللغوي لمقاصد الشارع الحكيم، وذلك من خلال التحليل النفسي للجوانب الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والذي يقوم على دلالة اللغة ومعناها النفسي عند الأفراد في الآيتين الكريمتين. فقد ضمت الآيتان الكريمتان وسائل الحفاظ على المجتمع مما يؤدي إلى الفاحشة، وحرصت على ترسيخ ذلك من خلال بيان الأثر المترتب على ذلك تارة والتهديد والوعيد تارة أخرى. أولا: أن الألفاظ والتراكيب في الآيتين الكريمتين ذات وظيفة وفاعلية، فقد أبرزت ورسخت مقاصد الشارع الحكيم في النفوس. ثانيا: شيوع الأصوات المجهورة في الآيتين له أثره البالغ في التأثير في النفوس، فقد أظهرت علو وسمو ما اشتملت عليه الآيتان، وأكدت على رعاية الله لهم وإرشادهم لما فيه الخير والصلاح لهم بما يتوافق مع الجو العام للسورة الكريمة. ثالثا: أوحت الأصوات المنفتحة بانفتاح الطهر والعفاف بما حوته الآيتان، فهما من آيات سورة النور وما تضمنته من انفتاح آداب تنور المجتمع، كما أبرزت انفتاح باب التوبة للراجعين إلى الله. رابعا: أظهر الوضوح السمعي للأصوات المتوسطة والصوائت الآداب التي تضمنتها الآيتان، كما توافق مع الجو العام للسورة الكريمة إذ النور الذي يكشف الحقائق ويبينها. خامسا: حثت المقاطع القصيرة المفتوحة على سرعة التلبية والاستجابة بامتثال الأوامر واجتناب النواهي. سادسا: نطقت المقاطع المتوسطة المغلقة بالأمر بغلق منافذ الشبهات، وعدم انفتاح النفس على أهوائها وشهواتها. سابعا: أكد المقطع الطويل المغلق بصامت على امتداد واستقرار الفوز والفلاح في الدنيا والآخرة للتائبين العائدين إلى الله. ثامنا: أشعرت صيغة اسم الفاعل (المؤمنين -المؤمنات) أن ثبوت الإيمان في قلوب أصحابه الدافع والمحفز لامتثال الأوامر واجتناب النواهي الواردة في الآيتين. تاسعا: تناسب جموع الكثرة في الآية الثانية معها، حيث الخطاب لجموع المؤمنات. عاشرا: جاء الخطاب القرآني بصيغة المضارعة في الآيتين، ليفيد التجدد الاستمراري في الأفعال، فرسخ في نفوس المتلقين المدوامة والاستمرار عليها بتجدد بواعثها. حادي عشر: أسهمت الوحدات النحوية التركيبية (الإنشائية والخبرية) في إيصال مراد الشارع الحكيم والتأثير في نفوس المتلقين. ثاني عشر: كان للوحدات النحوية التركيبية أثر عظيم في الترغيب، وكذلك في إبراز الوعد والوعيد."

"The Quranic systems in its linguistic structures bring legal, moral and social measures at the same time to reform human life, addressing human souls and emotions. Quranic discourse is verbal vessels loaded with linguistic connotations of psychological and intellectual dimensions.... deeper and more worthy of attention, observation, tracking and research. Then this research is concerned with the manifestation of the effect of the Noble Qur’an discourse on the two verses of turning a blind eye to the human soul, as language affects the human psyche, and the extent to which the linguistic side highlights the intentions of the wise street, through psychological analysis of phonological, morphological and grammatical aspects, which is based on the meaning of language and its psychological meaning when Individuals in the two generous verses. The two verses included the means of preserving society, which leads to outrageousness, and I was keen to establish that by stating the impact of that at times and the threat and the threat at other times. The research concluded several results, including: First: The words and structures in the two noble verses are functional and effective, as they highlight and reinforce the intentions of the wise street in the souls. Second: The prevalence of the loud voices in the two verses has a great impact on the souls, as it showed the loudness and sublime of what was included in the two verses, and emphasized the care of God for them and their guidance for what is good and righteousness for them in accordance with the general atmosphere of the Holy Surah. Third: The open voices suggested the openness of purity and chastity in what the two verses contained, for they are among the verses of Surat Al-Nur and what it contained in terms of open manners that enlighten society, as well as the openness of the door of repentance for those returning to God. Fourth: The auditory clarity of the middle voices and the utterances showed the etiquette contained in the two verses, as well as compatible with the general atmosphere of the noble surah as the light that reveals the facts and clarifies them. Fifth: The short open clips urged the speed of response and response by obeying orders and avoiding prohibitions. Sixth: The closed middle sections spoke of the order to close the outlets for suspicions, and not to open the soul to its desires and desires. Seventh: The long, closed passage silently affirmed the extension and stability of victory and success in this world and the hereafter for the penitents returning to God. Eighth: The wording of the subject's name (the believers- believers) made it clear that the affirmation of faith in the hearts of his companions is the motive and catalyst for complying with the commands and avoiding the prohibitions mentioned in the two verses. Ninth: The multitude of people in the second verse fit with them, as the discourse is for the multitudes of believers. Tenth: The Qur'anic discourse came in the present form in the two verses, to benefit the continuity of renewal in actions, establishing in the hearts of recipients the cycle and continuing with the renewal of its motives. Eleventh: Syntactic and syntactic units (constructive and informative) have contributed to the delivery of the wisdom of the street and influence the hearts of the recipients. Twelfth: The syntactic and grammatical units had a great effect on incitement, as well as in highlighting the promise and promise."
