المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الظروف المهنية بمختلف أنواعها :فيزيقية، إنسانية، تنظيمية، مادية والتي تجعل القابلات تعاني في عملهن إضافة إلى معرفة المعاناة في العمل ومؤشراتها وتم إجراء الدراسة ببعض مستشفيات ولاية قسنطينة، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باستعمال أسلوب تحليل المضمون وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 12 حالة من ثلاث مستشفيات وتم استعمال المقابلة كأداة لجمع المعلومات وهذا بعد بناء شبكة مقابلة خاصة بظروف العمل وأخرى خاصة بالمعاناة في العمل وتوصلت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مختلف الظروف المؤدية إلى المعاناة في العمل ومن أهمها نقص أدوات العمل، غياب النظافة، الاكتظاظ، نقص الأجر، كثرة ساعات العمل، التعرض لمخالف الاعتداءات من المرضى أو أهاليهم، صعوبة التواصل مع المشرفين من أجل إيصال مختلف الانشغالات الخاصة بهن. كما تم اعتماد هذه الظروف كمؤشرات يستدل من خلالها على ظاهرة المعاناة في العمل والتي تتمثل مؤشراتها في الضغط النفسي، غموض الدور، الإجهاد، العنف.

This study aimed to know the different types of occupational conditions, physical, human, organizational and material, that make midwives suffer in their work, in addition to knowing the suffering at work and its indicators. The study was conducted in some hospital of the state of Constantine and we relied on the descriptive approach using the content analysis method. the study sample consisted of 12 cases from three hospitals. The interview was used as a tool to collect information and this is after building a network of interviews related to working conditions and others related to suffering. The study concluded with identifying the various conditions that lead to suffering at work, the most important are: the lack of work tools ,lack of hygiene, overcrowding, lack of pay, excessive working hours, exposure to various attacks from patients or their families, difficulty communicating with supervisors in order to communicate their various concerns. These circumstances were also adopted as indicators through which to infer the phenomenon of suffering at work, who’s indicators are psychological pressure, role, ambiguity, stress, violence.

Cette étude visait à déterminer les différents types des conditions de travail: physiques, humaines, organisationnelles, et matérielles, dont souffrir les sages femmes dans leur travail ainsi que les indicateurs de cette souffrance, avec une approche descriptive L’étude a été entreprise sur un échantillon de 12 cas dans certains hôpitaux de la wilaya de Constantine en utilisant la méthode d’analyse de contenu. L’étude s’est conclue par l’identification des différentes conditions qui génère à la souffrance au travail, tel que : le manque d’outils de travail, le manque d’hygiène et le salaire diminuer , la surcharge et le nombre des heures de travail qui dépasse le normal, l’exposition à diverses agressions de la part des patients où de leurs familles, les circonstances ont également été adoptées comme indicateurs permettant de réduire le phénomène de la souffrance au travail dont les indicateurs sont: pression psychologique ,ambigüité, rôles, stress, violence
