المستخلص: كان للتطور الكبير في تكنولوجيا المعلومات الفضل الكبير في ظهور خدمة الطب عن بعد وعدم الاقتصار على الممارسة التقليدية لمهنة الطب، فهذه الخدمة لا تتطلب وجود المريض والطبيب في نفس المكان، فعن طريق وسائل الاتصال الحديثة كالإنترنيت والهاتف النقال والبريد الإلكتروني يتم نقل وتبادل المعلومات الطبية من مكان إلى أخر من أجل تقديم الاستشارات الطبية أو التشخيص الطبي أو إجراء الجراحة عن بعد أو تقديم الخدمات الصحية عن بعد ولهذه الخدمة الكثير من المزايا لما توفره من جهد ووقت وتكاليف للمريض.

The great development of information technology greatly contributed of emergence of the telemedicine and not only confine the traditional practice of the medical profession. This service does not require the presence of the patient and the doctor in the same place. Through modern means of communication such as the Internet, mobile phone and e-mail Medical information is transferred and exchanged from one place to another for medical consultations, medical diagnosis, remote surgery or remote health services. This service has many advantages such as saving the effort, time and costs to the patient.

Le grand développement des technologies de l’information a eu un grand avantage dans l’émergence du service de télémédecine, car la pratique traditionnelle de la profession médicale a été dépassée, car ce service ne nécessite pas la présence du patient et du médecin au même endroit, grâce à l’utilisation des moyens de communication modernes tels que l’Internet, le téléphone portable et le courrier électronique, où s’effectue le transfert d’informations médicales et leur échange d’un endroit à l’autre. C’est un moyen efficace de fournir des consultations médicales, des diagnostics médicaux, des chirurgies ou des services de santé à distance, avec de nombreux avantages dus à l’effort, au temps et au coût qu’il procure au patient
