|a الهدف من هذا البحث هو الوقوف على الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالخطبة عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وقد تناولت فيه حكم المحادثة بين الرجل والمرأة الأجنبيين وضوابطه عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وحكم محادثة التعارف والمحادثات المستمرة بين المخطوبين عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، والحكم الشرعي لرؤية المخطوبة عن طريق الفيديو عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وبيان مدى تحقق الخلوة بالمخطوبة عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة، وموقف الشرع من ذلك.

|b The aim of this research is to find out the jurisprudential rulings related to engagement through modern means of communication, in which I dealt with the ruling on the conversation between a foreign man and woman and its controls through modern means of communication, the ruling on acquaintance conversation and continuous conversations between the betrothed through modern means of communication, and the legal ruling on seeing the fiancée by video. Through modern means of communication, and explaining the extent of seclusion with the fiancée through modern means of communication, and the position of Sharia on that.
