المستخلص: تتمثل المشكلة التي يسعى الباحث لدراستها في تساؤل عام يشير إلى "هل يمكن تحسين مستوى الأداء المتوازن للبنوك التجارية من خلال معالجة مشكلات الأداء الاستراتيجي بمراحله المختلفة والتي تتمثل في التهيئة والإعداد والتنفيذ والمراجعة الاستراتيجية التي تنتهي بعملية التغيير الاستراتيجي" وذلك بغرض التعرف على ما يجب أن يقوم به العاملون بالبنوك التجارية لتحسين ممارسات الأداء المتوازن قول وأثناء وبعد إعداد الخطة الاستراتيجية بما يمكنهم من تحقيق الأداء المتوازن للبنك مقاسا بالأبعاد الخمسة لبطاقة الأداء المتوازن". واستنادا لنتائج التحليل الاحصائي واختبار الفرضيات أمكن التوصل لنتيجة عامة تتمثل في أن البنوك التي تتمكن من إحداث تهيئة مناسبة لوضع خطة استراتيجية وتستعد بمراحل الإعداد وتنفذ بصورة حقيقية وتتأكد من جودة التنفيذ من خلال المراجعة الاستراتيجية وإحداث كل تغيير استراتيجي تتطلبه عملية المراجعة تستطيع أن تحقق أداء متوازن في مختلف الجوانب، حيث يتحسن الأداء المالي للبنك وتتطور عملياته الداخلية ويرتفع معدل رضا العملاء لديه وتنشط بداخله بيئة تشجع وترعى المبدعين من كافة فئات المورد البشري، مع الحفاظ على المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبنك. وهذا يقود بدرجة مقبولة إلى التوصية بأن يتم التركيز على معالجة كافة المشكلات التي توصل إليها الباحث في المراحل المختلفة ضمانا لتحقيق معدلات أداء متنامية ومتوازنة للبنوك التجارية، ويشير الباحث إلى أن تلك التوصية والنتيجة المشار إليها تم التوصل إليها في ضوء نتائج التحليل الإحصائي والتي أكدت على رفض الفرضيات الثلاثة للبحث. وتتمثل القيمة المضافة للبحث في التوصل لمشكلات الأداء الاستراتيجي وتقسيمها إلى مراحل متتابعة بما يمكنها من اكتشاف الخطأ وموضعه ضمانا لتحقيق الأداء المتوازن.

This leads to acceptable level of recommendation to focus on addressing all the problems reached at different stages to ensure the growing and balanced performance rates of commercial banks, and The researcher pointed out that this recommendation and the result referred to were reached Guided by the results of statistical analysis, which confirmed the rejection of the three hypotheses of the research. the value add of research is to reach the problems of strategic performance and divide them into successive stages so that they can detect error and position to ensure balanced performance.
