|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات التقنية التعليمية لدى معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض. وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض في ضوء الكفايات التقنية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، وكانت عينة الدراسة مكونة من (٢٣٠) معلمة رياضيات من المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي ١٤٤٢/١٤٤١ هـ. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تحديد الكفايات التقنية التعليمية لمعلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة وقد كانت درجة توافرها متوسطة. ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء معلمات الرياضيات للمرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة الرياض في ضوء الكفايات التقنية. وخرجت الدراسة بتوصيات منها: تطبيق التصور المقترح الذي خرجت به هذه الدراسة، وقياس مدى تأثيره في تحسين مستوى أداء معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة، بناء كافة البرامج التدريبية في ضوء الاحتياجات المهنية الفعلية للمعلمات، تحويل الدورات التقليدية إلى برامج التدريب القائمة على الاتجاهات العالمية الحديثة. وخرجت بمقترحات من أهمها: بناء تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لمعلمات الرياضيات لتطوير أدائهن في ضوء الكفايات التعليمية، بناء برنامج تدريبي لمعلمات الرياضيات لتطوير أدائهن في ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية.

|b This study aimed to Recognizing the degree of availability of educational technical competencies among middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh. Presenting a proposed vision for developing the performance of mathematics teachers for the intermediate stage in Riyadh in the light of technical competencies. The descriptive approach was used in this study, and the study sample consisted of (230) middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 1441/1442 AH: The study reached the following results Determining the educational technical competencies of mathematics teachers for the intermediate stage, and the degree of their availability was medium. Develop a proposed vision for developing the performance of middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh in the light of technical competencies. The study came out with recommendations, including: applying the proposed scenario that came out of this study, and measuring its impact on improving the performance level of mathematics teachers in the intermediate stage, building all training programs in light of the actual professional needs of teachers, converting traditional courses to training programs based on modern global trends. It came out with proposals, the most important of which are: building a proposed vision for a training program for female mathematics teachers to develop their performance in the light of educational competencies, building a training program for female mathematics teachers to develop their performance in light of their training needs.
