تتناول الدراسة رصد لإشارات لغة الجسد الخاصة بأخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات بمكتبات مصر العامة أثناء تقديم الخدمة المكتبية للمستفيدين، ومدى علمهم وإيمانهم بأهميتها وتأثيرها على المستفيدين، ومعرفة مقترحات المستفيدين من مكتبات مصر العامة حول موضوع لغة جسد الأخصائيين لتعظيم الاستفادة منهم، وكذلك معرفة مقترحات أخصائي المكتبات العاملين بمكتبات مصر العامة حول موضوع لغة جسدهم لتعظيم الاستفادة منها، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر طريقة لتواصل أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات مع المستفيدين أثناء تقديم الخدمات المكتبية كانت طريقة التواصل المتنوع بين اللفظي والإشارة، وأن أغلب المستفيدين من مكتبات مصر العامة راضون عن إشارات لغة جسد أخصائي المكتبات والمعلومات. "The study deals with monitoring the body language signals of library and information librarians in Misr's public libraries during the provision of library service to the users, the extent of their knowledge and belief in its importance and its impact on the beneficiaries, Among the most important results of the study is that the most important way for library and information specialists to communicate with the beneficiaries during the provision of library services was the method of varied communication between verbal and indication. The study reached several results, perhaps the most important of which are: 1- The most frequent way for library and information specialists to communicate with the beneficiaries during the provision of library services was the method of varied communication between verbal and sign, where 87.47% of the beneficiaries of library services in Egypt’s public libraries mentioned that, then verbal communication only with a percentage of 8.71%, then Finally, communication by signals only, with a percentage of 3.82%. 2- The hand signals that library and information specialists used with the beneficiaries were the most commonly used body language signs with a percentage of 41.29% of the total signs used, then eye signs by 21.77%, then facial signs by 19.54%, then the upper slit signs By 11.64% of the total signals, then the legs signals by 5.73% of the total signals. 3- Most of the beneficiaries of Egypt's public libraries are satisfied with the body language signs of librarians and information professionals. 4- The first positive impressions of the beneficiaries of Egypt’s public libraries as a result of their satisfaction with the beneficiaries’ body language signals was the feeling of familiarity with the library and information specialists in the libraries under study by 69.03% of the total impressions of the beneficiaries, then the feeling of belonging to the library by 28.11%, then the transfer of The beneficiaries' positive impressions of the library for their friends by 1.82%, then the feeling of love of culture and reading by 1.04%. 5- The first negative impressions of the beneficiaries of Egypt’s public libraries as a result of their dissatisfaction with the beneficiaries’ body language signals submitted a complaint to the library management at a rate of 65.67% of the total negative impressions, then distanced from library and information specialists by 22.38%, then the beneficiaries transferred the negative impressions to their friends by 6.73%, followed by reluctance to use the library by 5.22%." |
