|b For many decades the valuable organizational behaviors have been an area of interest of many scholars and practitioners alike as they are considered the determinants of organizational success to a large extent. Hence, this study attempts to focus on some of these valuable behaviors (i.e. perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, occupational burnout, and organizational citizenship behaviors). The study is applied on 203 healthcare services providers (doctors, pharmacists, and nurses) in one of the most popular hospitals in Egypt; Ain Shams University Specialized Hospital. The study finds that there is a positive impact of perceived supervisor support on the perceived organizational support especially in the presence of the moderating effect of supervisors' organizational embodiment. Moreover, the perceived organizational support has an inverse impact on the occupational burnout, whereas the latter has an inverse influence on the organizational citizenship behavior. However, the relationship between the perceived organizational support and the citizenship behavior is likely to be strengthened dramatically if the occupational burnout is eliminated. The findings reveal that doctors, who are the main pillar of the medical structure in the hospital, perceive more supervisor and organizational support, feel less occupational burnout and engage strongly in organizational citizenship behaviors rather than nurses and pharmacists. Nevertheless, regardless to the job nature, all the categories of healthcare service providers are actually in need to reduce their routine workloads especially the unnecessary work complications in order to get rid of their occupational burnout and make them more willing to engage in the organizational citizenship behaviors and go beyond their regular job descriptions.
