|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية سلسلة التوريد المعتمدة على تقليل الفاقد وتلك المعتمدة على الاستجابة على مماراسات الموردين وكذلك معرفة تأثير تلك الاستراتيجية على أداء المنظمة وعلاقة مماراسات الموردين بأداء المنظمة. وحددت الدراسة أربعة مماراسات للموردين وتمثلت أبعاد أداء المنظمة في النواحي السوقية والجودة والتشغيلية والمالية وفي سبيل الوصول لهذا الهدف تم تطوير عدة فروض، وتم الاعتماد على قائمة استقصاء طورها الباحث لجمع البيانات الأولية التي تخدم غرض الدراسة، وباستخدام مقياس كرونباخ الفا تم التأكد من ثبات مقاييس متغيرات الدراسة، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار (PA) لاختبار فروض ونموذج الدراسة ، توصلت الدراسة إلي وجود علاقة إيجابية بين استراتيجية سلسلة التوريد ومماراسات الموردين من ناحية كما توجد علاقة إيجابية بين تلك الاستراتيجية ومماراسات الموردين وأداء المنظمة من ناحية أخرى ، وبالتالي تم التحقق من صحة نموذج الدراسة وقبوله.

|b The main objective of this study is to identify the impact of Lean supply chain strategy and Response supply chain strategy on suppliers' practices, as well as the impact of this strategy on the performance of the organization and also study the relationship between supplier practices and the performance of the organization, the study identified four practices of suppliers. The dimensions of the organization's performance were in the market, quality, operational and financial aspects. In order to achieve this goal, several hypotheses were developed. A Questioner was developed by the researcher to collect the primary data that serves the purpose of the study. Measures of study variables, and using the path analysis method (PA) to test the hypotheses and model of the study, the study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the supply chain strategy and supplier practices. On the one hand, there is a positive relationship between this strategy, supplier practices and the performance of the organization from other hand. The study model was validated and accepted.
