|a يقدم هذا البحث إضاءة عن حجم الإنفاق العام الذي خصصته سورية للعملية التعليمية خلال السنوات الماضية، ويتكون من قسمين أساسين الأول: يقدم أفكارا عن النفقة العامة الاجتماعية الخاصة بالتعليم وما هي نسبتها من الإنفاق العام في سورية؟ وهل استطاعت تحقيق تطورات كمية ونوعية في مؤشرات قطاع التعليم في سورية؟. في حين أن المبحث الثاني سيقدم سردا وإحصاءات عن الخسائر التي مني بها قطاع التعليم منذ اندلاع الأزمة في سورية وكيف تعاملت السياسة المالية معها.

|b This research will attempt to shed light on volume of public expenditure allocated to the educational process during the last years. This research consists of two main chapters The first will provide brief ideas on the definition of public social expenditure on education, what proportion of public expenditure it constitutes in Syria? And Whether quantitative and qualitative developments have been achieved in the indicators of the education sector in Syria.The second chapter will provide an account and statistics on the losses suffered by the education sector since the outbreak of the crisis in Syria, and how the fiscal policy dealt with it?.
