المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تلبية البيئة التعليمية المادية في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين وذلك وفقا لحاجات الطلبة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث صممت الباحثة استبانة خاصة لهذا الهدف موجهة لعينة من الطلبة تتضمن (64) بندا موزعا على المجالات الآتية (الموقع العام للمبنى والسلامة العامة -الصحة العامة والمرافق العامة التلوث والخدمات - الفراغات التعليمية والمساحة المخصصة لكل طالب- القاعات التخصصية والمقاعد - أجهزة العرض والمكتبة) . وتم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من (150) طالبا وطالبة موزعين على الوحدتين التربويتين (معلم صف ومناهج) والنفسية (الإرشاد النفسي)، وأخذ بعين الاعتبار متغيرات الجنس والوحدة الدراسية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة كانت درجة تلبية البيئة التعليمية المادية لحاجات الطلبة في كلية التربية بجامعة تشرين متوسطة، ولا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات أفراد العينة حول تلبية البيئة التعليمية المادية لحاجاتهم تبعا لمتغير الجنس والوحدة الدراسية. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تبين أن البيئة المادية تلعب دورا أساسيا في تشكيل شخصيات الطلبة وتحديد مستقبلهم، وهي على درجة من الأهمية لأنها أحد أهم المدخلات في العملية التعليمية وتسهم في تقديم المعرفة للإنسان وإعداده بوصفه رأسمال بشريا، يشارك في تطوير المجتمع وتنميته، وتقديم الرفاهية للعنصر البشري. إذا مع تطور النظريات التربوية بات ضروريا تكييف البناء الجامعي مع الحاجات التعليمية الجديدة والتوجهات التربوية الحديثة بما فيها تنويع الأنشطة، وتطوير العلاقة بين المعلم والطلبة والانفتاح على العالم الخارجي.

This piece of research tends to acknowledge the degree of sufficiency that environment and material needs of the students of education at the Faculty of Education are met. It adopts the analytical and descriptive method. Thus, a special questionnaire including (66) points distributed over many significant fields: public location of the building, public safety, public health, public services, pollution, academic spaces and specialist environment to each student, special lecture halls and seats, projectors and library-has been prepared and targeted a selected specimen of students. This questionnaire has been targeted a randomly selected specimen that included 150 students (fe/males) divided between the two divisions: the educational (Classroom Tutor and Methods), and the psychological (Psychological Monitoring), with special reference to variants of gender and teaching unit. This study concludes with the fact that the extent of meeting the environmental and material expectations of the students of Faculty of Education, University of Tishreen has been medium; there exist no statistical differences among the responses of the specimen students with reference to the variants of gender and teaching unit. In the light of the findings, it seems that the material environment plays a key role in formulating the personality of students, and shaping their future. Undoubtedly, this is so important since it stands as one basic input in the teaching process, and contributes to providing knowledge to mankind, and investing in man as human capital who participates in processing and improving society, and having an access to the welfare of human being. Henceforward, with the progress of the theories of education, it is so essential to adapt the academic career to the latest teaching requirements, and the modern education tendencies including various activities, improving the teacher-students relationship and opening channels with the outer world.
