المستخلص: This study discusses the idea of introducing new and innovative ready-made media templates through the application of a proposed system for e-learning to students of the second and third stages in the College of Mass Communication at the University of Baghdad in order to measure their opinions and attitudes towards the proposed method as it is completely different from the traditional method of education followed, as the results of the statistical analysis showed response and interaction of the students are the modern teaching method, which reflects the psychological harmony by the students with the method used in education, and the students’ response to the variables related to technological transformation and its various uses, such as electronic journalism, Internet radio, Internet television, blogs, and interactive sites such as forums, written discussion forums, and mailing groups ( Such as: Facebook), and websites that include a large number of short video presentations (such as: YouTube) in addition to announcement through mobile phones. A large amount of information flows every day in the folds of electronic newspapers, films, and websites of press institutions, and multimedia that the media organization adopts as an important part of its endless work. This information is quickly found in the galleries of educational institutions, which often use it in educational methods, in clarifying knowledge, and in applying educational and intellectual trends, thus establishing an academic curriculum that tends to scientific citations and correct and documented statements in governmental or non-governmental institutions. These data were adopted in many studies, research, and dissertations, as a scientific source that supports research, and with the speed of communication or contact, it was necessary to adopt a set of fast, modern, or renewable data, to adopt it in scientific research or curricula, given that the media are the fastest in providing data because they have fast communication capabilities and potential in their websites or their means of communication via the iPhone or Blackberry mobile communications or via email and the Internet in general. These communications absorbed a huge amount of scientific data, documents, and facts, to present them on a plate of gold to the researcher and scholar, whether student or professor, to enjoy diverse and multiple scientific resources, more like a comprehensive scientific encyclopedia of all sciences. From here, the researchers found that science is progressing a lot with communication technology, this technology that was found mainly with the urgent need for communication or media work, to be harnessed by many scientific institutions in the interest of their academic work in order to achieve a leap in their research or educational work in general and “Electric Learning” E-learning in particular. تناقش هذه الدراسة فكرة إقحام قوالب إعلامية جاهزة جديدة ومبتكرة من خلال تطبيق نظام مقترح للتعليم الإلكتروني على طلبة المرحلتين الثانية والثالثة في كلية الأعلام بجامعة بغداد بغية قياس آرائهم واتجاهاتهم نحو الأسلوب المقترح كونه يختلف تماما عن طريقة التعليم التقليدية المتبعة، إذ أظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي تجاوب وتفاعل الطلبة أسلوب التعليم الحديث وهو ما يعكس الانسجام النفسي من قبل الطلبة مع الأسلوب المتبع في التعليم، واستجابة الطلبة للمتغيرات الخاصة بالتحول التكنولوجي واستخداماته المختلفة كالصحافة الإلكترونية، والإذاعة عبر الأنترنيت، والتلفزيون عبر الأنترنيت، والمدونات، والمواقع التفاعلية مثل المنتديات وساحات الحوار المكتوبة، والمجموعات البريدية (مثل: الفيس بوك)، والمواقع الإلكترونية التي تضم عدد كبير من عروض الفيديو صغيرة المدة (مثل: اليوتيوب) بالإضافة إلى الأعلام من خلال الهواتف المحمولة. كم كبير من المعلومات يتدفق كل يوم في ثنايا الصحف الإلكترونية وفي الأفلام والمواقع الإلكترونية الخاصة بالمؤسسات الصحفية، وفي الملتيميديا التي تعتمدها المؤسسة الإعلامية كجزء مهم من عملها الذي لا ينتهي، هذه المعلومات سرعان ما وجدت في أروقة المؤسسات التعليمية، التي كثيرا ما تستخدمها في طرائق التعليم وفي توضيح المعارف وفي تطبيق الاتجاهات التربوية والفكرية، لتؤسس بذلك منهجا أكاديميا يميل إلى الاستشهادات العلمية والبيانات الصحيحة والموثقة في المؤسسات الحكومية أو غير الحكومية، اعتمدت هذه البيانات في العديد من الدراسات والبحوث والرسائل الأطاريح، كمصدر علمي يدعم البحث ويسنده، ومع ما يتمتع التعليم الإلكتروني من سرعة في التواصل أو الاتصال، كان لابد أن يتبنى جملة من البيانات السريعة والحديثة أو المتجددة، كي يعتمدها في البحوث العلمية أو في المناهج العلمية، بحكم أن الوسائل الإعلامية الأكثر سرعة في تقديم البيانات لما تتمتع بقدرات وإمكانات اتصالية سريعة في مواقعها الإلكترونية أو في وسائلها الاتصالية عبر الــ "iPhone " أو اتصالات الموبايل "Blackberry" أو في الايميل والأنترنت بشكل عام، هذه الاتصالات استوعبت كما هائلا من البيانات العلمية والوثائق والحقائق، لتقدمها على طبق من ذهب إلى الباحث والدارس من طالب أو أستاذ، ليتمتع بمورد علمي متنوع ومتعدد، أشبه ما يكون موسوعة علمية شاملة لكل العلوم، من هنا وجد الباحثان أن العلوم تتقدم كثيرا مع التكنولوجيا الاتصالية، هذه التكنولوجيا التي وجدت بالأساس مع الحاجة الملحة للعمل الاتصالي أو الإعلامي، لتسخرها العديد من المؤسسات العلمية في صالح عملها الأكاديمي كي تحقق وثبة في عملها البحثي أو التعليمي بشكل عام، و الــ"Electric Learning" التعليم الإلكتروني بشكل خاص.
