So is the moderation of the easiest and the shortest buil and most serious in resolving the problems that might be considered by countries located in the pursuit of its own interests with other parties, at a time when the state is counting follow this method in ensuring and maintaining the interests of the purpose of cooperation and integration with others, should be the same time should use the same method for the settlement of disputes and the principle of good faith and with ingredients including Atua international peace desired by the United Nations in its Charter, which all member states have committed to in order to address and resolve disputes with other countries through peaceful means and in the forefront of the negotiations.
