This study aims to identify the sources and tools of U.S.A soft power and how to employ them in the conflict with Iran. The Question of the Research is “What are the features of the U.S.A strategy to employ soft power in the management of the conflict with Iran?». The researcher based his research on the hypothesis that the more aspects of communications technology in the country (B) Iran. It positively impacts on the role of State (USA) soft power towards . Researcher uses the following Methodological techniques methods in his research: - Historical approach: to enclose the events and the motives of its evolution and their consequences. - Descriptive approach: by knowing the most important characteristics of international relations, at the same time the characteristics of the age of information and communication technology. - Analytical method to analyze the phenomena of the technological revolution and try to explore the future vision of the impact of electronic soft power in the international relations. The researcher concluded that the effect of all types of power, hard, soft and smart are just tools to achieve the interests of the United States to dominate the world>s outcome. The U.S.A called to open political channels of communication and diplomacy with the official Islamic movements in order to provoke and minimize its involvement and to stain its reputation of disarmament credibility in the Iranian streets by increasing and drawing skepticism. To support and highlight the role of Iran>s internal opposition demand for justice and a decent life.
تهدف الدراسة التعرف إلى مصادر وأدوات القوة الناعمة الأمريكية وطريقة توظيفها في الصراع مع أيران من خلال الإجابة على السؤال الآتي: ((ما هي ملامح استراتيجية الولايات المتحدة في توظيف القوة الناعمة في إدارة الصراع مع أيران))؟ ويعتمد الباحث على فرضية أنه كلما زادت مظاهر تكنولوجيا الاتصالات في الدولة (ب) وهي هنا إيران أثر ذلك إيجاباً على دور القوة الناعمة المبدول من الدولة (أ) الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تجاها. ولجأ الباحث إلى استخدام المناهج العلمية التالية في بحثه: 1-المنهج التاريخي: وذلك لحصر الأحداث وضبط دوافع التطور والنتائج المترتبة عليها. 2-المنهج الوصفي: من خلال معرفة أهم الصفات المميزة للعلاقات الدولية، وفي ذات الوقت الصفات المميزة لعصر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. 3-المنهج التحليلي: وذلك لتحليل الظواهر المترتبة على الثورة التكنولوجية ومحاولة استشراف الرؤية المستقبلة لتأثيرها كقوة ناعمة إلكترونية على العلاقات الدولية. وتوصل الباحث إلى النتيجة التي تفيد أن جميع أنواع القوة، الصلبة والناعمة والذكية ما هي إلا أدوات لتحقيق مصالح الولايات المتحدة في الهيمنة على العالم، وخلق عالم يسوده الحق والسلام والحرية. دون لجوء أمريكا إلى التهديد المباشر بقواتها لإيران، حيث أنها تسعي لتدويل التعامل مع الخطر الإيراني وليس التفرد بالتعامل معها فقط مما يكلف أمريكا مئات المليارات من الأموال وآلاف الجنود وخسائر قد تتعرض لها.
