|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة وعلاقتها بالولاء التنظيمي للمعلمين بمدارس التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (253) معلم ومعلمة من مدارس التربية الخاصة في دولة الكويت، وتبني البحث المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للبحث، واستعان بالاستبانة كأداة للبحث، وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن المتوسط العام للمحور الأول: درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة بمدارس التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت قد جاء بدرجة استجابة (متوسطة)، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.37)، وانحراف معياري (0.975)، وأن المتوسط العام للمحور الثاني قد جاء بدرجة استجابة (عالية)، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.43)، وانحراف معياري (1.011)، وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) بين أبعاد ممارسة القيادة الموزعة والدرجة الكلية لمستوى الولاء التنظيمي، مما يشير إلى أنه كلما زادت ممارسة القيادة الموزعة زاد معه مستوى الولاء التنظيمي، وأوصى البحث بالعديد من التوصيات أهمها عمل دورات تدريبية وندوات لقيادات مدارس التربية الخاصة بدولة الكويت لتطبيق نمط القيادة الموزعة وتوعيتهم بأهمية تطبيق هذا النمط.

|b This research aimed to identify the degree of distributed leadership practice and its relationship to the organizational loyalty of teachers in special education schools in the State of Kuwait. The research sample consisted of (253) male and female teachers from special education schools and inclusion classrooms in special education schools in the State of Kuwait. The research adopted the descriptive method as the research method and used the questionnaire as the research tool. The research conclude many results including that the overall mean for the first axis: the degree of distributed leadership practice in special education schools in the State of Kuwait, came with a (medium) response degree, an arithmetic mean of (3.37), and a standard deviation of (0.975). The overall mean for the second axis came with a (high) response degree, an arithmetic mean of (3.43) and a standard deviation of (1.011). The results also indicated that there were a positive statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the dimensions of the distributed leadership practice and the overall degree of organizational loyalty, indicating that the greater the distributed leadership practice, the greater the organizational loyalty level. The research reached several recommendations including conducting training courses and seminars for leaders of special education schools in the State of Kuwait to apply the distributed leadership and make them aware of the importance of applying this it.
