المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق القيادة الخادمة في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والتعرف على درجة تطبيق التميز المؤسسي في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن العلاقة بين تطبيق القيادة الخادمة وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي للبنين بمحافظة ميسان ومكتب تعليم حداد (ابتدائي-متوسط-ثانوي)، والبالغ عددهم (884) معلما، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسية (269) معلما، اعتمد الباحث على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن تطبيق أبعاد القيادة الخادمة في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة عالية، وأن درجة تطبيق أبعاد التميز المؤسسي في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة عالية، ووجود علاقة إيجابية الارتباط بين تطبيق القيادة الخادمة وتحقيق التميز المؤسسي في مدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، إذ بلغ بعامل الارتباط (0.71)، وكذلك وجود علاقة إيجابية بين كافة أبعاد القيادة الخادمة وأبعاد التميز المؤسسي بمدارس التعليم العام في محافظة ميسان من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج يوصي الباحث أن تمنح القيادة المدرسية الصلاحيات للمعلمين للقيام بمهام القيادة، وإشراكهم في صنع وتنفيذ القرارات، وحل ما يقابلهم من مشكلات للتعامل مع الظروف البيئية المتغيرة، كما تشجع القيادة المدرسية المعلمين على تقديم المبادرات والأفكار الإبداعية من خلال توفير مناخ تربوي داعم للإبداع والابتكار.

The aim of the study is to identify the degree of application of servant leadership in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers 'point of view. It also aimed to identify the degree of applying institutional excellence in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers' point of view, and to uncover the relationship between the application of servant leadership and the achievement of Institutional excellence in general education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers' point of view, and the study used the descriptive approach. Its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study population consisted of all teachers of public public education schools for boys in Maysan governorate and a blacksmith education office (primary - intermediate - secondary), whose number reached (884) teachers, and a sample of (269) teachers, and the researcher relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, Its validity and reliability have been verified, and the study reached several results, including: The application of the dimensions of servant leadership in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers 'point of view came with a high degree and with an average of (3.78), and that The degree of applying the dimensions of institutional excellence in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers 'point of view came to a high degree with an average of (3.75), and the existence of a positive relationship between the application of servant leadership and achieving institutional excellence in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers' point of view. The correlation coefficient reached (0.71), as well as the existence of a positive relationship between all dimensions of servant leadership and the dimensions of institutional excellence in public education schools in Maysan governorate from the teachers' point of view, and in light of the results of the study. The researcher recommends that the school leadership grant powers to teachers to carry out leadership tasks and involve them in making and implementing decisions and resolving the problems they encounter to deal with changing environmental conditions, School leadership also encourages teachers to present creative initiatives and ideas by providing an educational climate that supports creativity and innovation.
