|a لقد أصبحت واقئع الأحداث الدولية تستدعي حتمية التحليل المقارباتي اكادميا قصد الإلمام بالعمق التحليلي الذي تفرضه شبكه المتغيرات في نسجها العالمي ومنطقها الجيوستراتيجي الذي أصبح مبدا توازن القوى يمثل أحد أهم دوافع وبواعد السلوك السياسي الدولي فلقد كشفت الأحداث في سياقها ما بعد الحداثي احتمالية فتح قراءة سياسية تتضمن المفاهيم السيكولوجية كالغريزة والأمراض النفسية مثل النرجسية السادية البارانويا الاضطهادية مع استدخال بعض مفاتيح التحليل النفسي كالمكبوث الأنا الأعلى وتقدير الذات. تساهم هذه التوطئة في دعم البعد التاسيسي لمقاربة نفسية سياسية.

|b The realities of international events have come to call for the inevitability of an academic approach analysis in order to get acquainted with the analytical depth imposed by the network of variables in its global fabric and geostrategic logic, which has become the principle of balance of power represents one of the most important motives and promises of international political behavior. Psychological concepts include instinct and psychological diseases such as narcissism, sadism, and paranoia, with the introduction of some psychoanalytic keys such as the suppressed ego and self-esteem. This introduction supports the foundational dimension of a psycho-political approach.
