|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، والتعرف على متطلبات تحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، والتعرف على معوقات تطبيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من القيادات بجامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (١٧٩) قيادة، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، واستعانت بالاستبيان، والمقابلات كأدوات للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج، أهمها: جاء واقع تطبيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، بدرجة استجابة (متوسطة). جاءت متطلبات تحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، بدرجة استجابة (عالية). جاءت معوقات تحقيق الشراكة المجتمعية بين جامعة القصيم، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، بدرجة استجابة (عالية). وقد قدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات، أهمها: إنشاء حملات التوعية بأهمية الشراكة المجتمعة بين الجامعات، ومؤسسات المجتمع، وتوجيه الأبحاث العلمية في الجامعات لخدمة متطلبات مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والقطاع الخاص.

|b The current study aimed to identify the reality of applying community partnership between Qassim University, Civil Society Institutions, and the Private Sector, explore the requirements for achieving community partnership between Qassim University, Civil Society Institutions, and the Private Sector, and determine the obstacles in applying community partnership between Qassim University, Civil Society Institutions, and the Private Sector. The study population consisted of leaders in Qassim University, Civil Society Institutions, and the Private Sector. The study sample included (179) leaders. The researcher used the descriptive method as the study method and used the questionnaire and interviews as the study tools. The study concluded many results, including: The reality of applying community partnership between Qassim University, civil society institutions, and private sector institutions came with medium response. The requirements of applying community partnership between Qassim University, civil society institutions, and private sector institutions came with high response. The obstacles in applying community partnership between Qassim University, civil society institutions, and private sector institutions came with high response. The study recommended creating awareness campaigns on the importance of community partnership between universities and community institutions and directing university scientific research to serve the requirements of civil society institutions and the private sector.
