هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين استراتيجية التصنيع المرن وتحقيق التميز التنافسي في شركات الأسمدة والكيماويات في مصر في القطاع العام والخاص (شركة الدلتا للأسمدة -شركة موبكو للأسمدة -شركة النصر للأسمدة-وشركة السويس للأسمدة) حيث قامت الباحثة بعقد مقارنة بين شركات القطاع العام، والخاص في المجال محل الدراسة من حيث عدد العاملين وحجم الأرباح، والإنتاج لكل من شركات القطاع العام والخاص. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - أن هناك علاقة بين استراتيجية التصنيع المرن وتحقيق التميز التنافسي في شركات الأسمدة والكيماويات في جمهورية مصر العربية، وكذلك يوجد أثر إيجابي لاستراتيجية التصنيع المرن على تحقيق التميز التنافسي. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - ضرورة توفير العناصر الأساسية اللازمة لتطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المرن كفاءة (مرونة الحجم، مرونة مناولة المواد، مرونة المزيج، مرونة التوسع) من أجل تحقيق التميز التنافسي في شركات الأسمدة والكيماويات في جمهورية مصر العربية حيث تعتبر تلك العناصر من أهم المقومات التي يجب توفرها في تلك الشركات.
The study aimed to identify the relationship between the flexible manufacturing strategy and achieving competitive excellence in fertilizer and chemical companies in Egypt in the public and private sectors (Delta Fertilizer Company- Mopco Fertilizer Company-Nasr Fertilizer Company- and Suez Fertilizer Company), where the researcher made a comparison between public sector companies, And the private sector in the field under study in terms of the number of employees, the size of profits, and production for both public and private sector companies. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - There is a relationship between the flexible manufacturing strategy and achieving competitive excellence in fertilizer and chemical companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as there is a positive impact of the flexible manufacturing strategy on achieving competitive excellence. The study also presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: - The necessity to provide the basic elements necessary for the implementation of the flexible manufacturing strategy to efficiently (flexibility of size, flexibility of material handling, flexibility of mix, flexibility of expansion) in order to achieve competitive excellence in fertilizer and chemical companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as these elements are considered among the most important elements that must be provided in those Companies.
