المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية ومجالاتها، بيان التغيرات المعاصرة التي دعت إلى الاهتمام بالمواطنة الرقمية لدى التلاميذ، الوقوف على الواقع الحالي لدور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى التلاميذ، تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المدرس الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى التلاميذ، وناقشت الدراسة عدة تساؤلات منها ما المقصود بالمواطنة الرقمية ومجالاتها وأهميتها؟ ما التغيرات المعاصرة الداعية إلى الاهتمام بالمواطنة الرقمية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية؟ ما الواقع الحالي لدور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية؟ ما التصور المقترح لتفعيل دور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى تلاميذها؟ فرضت طبيعة البحث على الباحثة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على التعرف على مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية وعناصرها وأهميتها، وتحديد دواعي أهميتها لدى تلاميذ اليوم، أكثر من أي وقت مضى، وكذلك على التعرف على واقع دور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى التلاميذ، حتى يمكن الخروج بتصور مقترح لتحسين وتطوير دور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس المواطنة الرقمية لدى تلاميذها. اقتصر البحث الحالي على تناول دور المدرسة الابتدائية في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، يمر المجتمع في الآونة الأخيرة بالعديد من التغيرات المتسارعة والمتلاحقة مثل: الثورة المعرفية والمعلوماتية، والتقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي المذهل، والثورة الديموقراطية، هذا بالإضافة إلى ثورة الاتصال والثورة الرقمية والإعلام، وهذا كله أدى إلى بروز ظاهرة العولمة التي حولت العالم إلى قرية صغيرة، ولم تعد هناك أي حدود أو فواصل بين الدول وهذا بالإضافة إلى انتشار الأخذ بالمنهج العلمي، وتطور النظريات التربوية وتنامي الوعي بحقوق الإنسان. وقد نتج عن هذه التطورات العصرية استراتيجيات تدعو لأهمية غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية في نفوس الطلاب والقضاء على المشكلات المتعلقة بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والثورة الرقمية المتزايدة، وتزويد الطلاب بالمعلومات والمعارف الإيجابية للثورة المعلوماتية. ولذا أصبح على المدرسة أن تغرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى الطلاب وأن المدرسة تلعب دور حاسم في مواجهة المشكلات والتحديات التي تواجه المجتمع وأفراده ومن أبرزها الغزو الرقمي والمتوغل في كل مناحي الحياة، لذا أصبح على المدرسة غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية للطلاب وتعريفهم بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية وإيجابياتها وسلبياتها.

The study aimed to shed light on the concept of digital citizenship and its fields. A statement of the contemporary changes that called for attention to digital citizenship among students. Identifying the current reality of the primary school’s role in instilling the values of digital citizenship among students. Presenting a proposed vision to activate the role of the primary teacher in instilling the values of digital citizenship among Students. The study discussed several questions, including what is meant by digital citizenship, its fields and its importance? What are the contemporary changes calling for attention to digital citizenship among primary school students? What is the current reality of the primary school’s role in instilling the values of digital citizenship? What is the proposed scenario for activating the role of the primary school in instilling the values of citizenship among its students The nature of the research imposed on the researcher to use the descriptive analytical method to identify the concept of digital citizenship, its elements and importance, and to determine the reasons for its importance for today's students. More than ever, as well as to identify the reality of the primary school’s role in instilling the values of digital citizenship among students, so that it can come up with a proposed vision for improvement and development of the primary school’s role in instilling digital citizenship among its students. Digital citizenship for primary school students. Society has recently been going through many rapid and successive changes such as: the knowledge and information revolution, the amazing scientific and technological progress, the democratic revolution, in addition to the communication revolution, the digital revolution and the media, and all of this led to the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization that turned the world into a small village, and there is no longer there Any borders or breaks between countries and this is in addition to the spread of the scientific method, the development of educational theories and the growing awareness of human rights. These modern developments have resulted in strategies calling for the importance of instilling the values of digital citizenship in the hearts of students, eliminating problems related to social networking sites and the growing digital revolution, and providing students with information and positive knowledge of the information revolution. Therefore, the school has to instill the values of digital citizenship in students, and that the school plays a crucial role in facing the problems and challenges facing the community and its members, most notably the digital invasion and penetrating in all aspects of life.
