هدف هذا البحث بشكل رئيس اقتراح عدة سيناريوهات مستقبلية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لجامعة كفر الشيخ في ضوء استخدام مداخل التخطيط التربوي. وتم استخدام الأسلوب التحليلي كأحد آليات المنهج الوصفي، كما تم استخدام المنهج الاستشرافي وأسلوب السيناريو. وبتحليل البيئة الداخلية والبيئة الخارجية لجامعة كفر الشيخ خلص البحث إلى أن: الجامعة تعاني بعض نقاط الضعف، وبها عدة نقاط قوة، كما تواجه عدة تحديات، وأمامها مجموعة من الفرص، وبالتالي اتضح أن البدائل الاستراتيجية المتاحة أمام الجامعة طبقا لهذا التحليل هي اختيار مركب من البدائل الاستراتيجية الآتية مجتمعة: استراتيجية النمو والتوسع، استراتيجيات بناء القوة- إعادة الهيكلة، واستراتيجيات التنويع والتجديد. ولتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لجامعة كفر الشيخ هناك عدة سيناريوهات، هي: السيناريو الامتدادي: وهو يعبر عن استمرارية الأوضاع الراهنة للجامعة، السيناريو الإصلاحي: وهو يمثل بداية المسار التحويلي، ويفترض تصورا إصلاحيا تدريجيا لتعميق إيجابيات الحاضر ودفعها إلى الأمام، والسيناريو الابتكاري: وهو الذي يمثل الصورة المرغوبة والمثالية التي يمكن أن يكون عليها نظام التعليم بجامعة كفر الشيخ، وقد تبن البحث الحالي السيناريو الابتكاري.
The Research mainly aimed to suggest several future scenarios to achieve the competitive advantage of Kafr El- Sheikh University in light of the use of educational planning approaches. The nature of the research necessitated the use of the analytical method as one of the mechanisms of the descriptive approach. The study also used the prospective approach and the scenario method. By analyzing the internal environment and the external environment of Kafr El-Sheikh University, the research concluded that: The university suffers from some weaknesses, has several strengths, and faces several challenges, and has a set of opportunities. Therefore, the study found that the strategic alternatives available to the university according to this analysis are a combination of alternatives. The following strategy combined: Growth and expansion strategy, Strength-building strategies- restructuring, diversification and renewal strategies. In order to achieve the competitive advantage of Kafr El-Sheikh University, there are several scenarios: the spillover scenario: it expresses the continuity of the current conditions of the university, the reform scenario: it represents the beginning of the transformative path, and assumes a progressive reform conception to deepen the positives of the present and push them forward, and the innovative scenario: which represents the image. The desired and ideal education system at Kafr El-Sheikh University, and the current research has adopted the innovative scenario.
