هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لدى طلبة الجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن أهم المقترحات لتفعيل دور رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية في الأبعاد (تهيئة بيئة تعليمية جاذبة، رفع جودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة، تهيئة البيئة الإدارية المحفزة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات الحكومية والأهلية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة الميدانية وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوك وجامعة الأمير فهد بن سلطان. هذا وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع دور رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في تحسين جودة الحياة الجامعية جاءت في جميع الأبعاد بدرجة عالية: حيث جاء بعد تهيئة بيئة تعليمية جاذبة بمتوسط حسابي (3.46 من 5.00) وبانحراف معياري (1.090)، جاء بعد رفع جودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.59 من 5.00) وبانحراف معياري (1.125)، وجاء بعد تهيئة البيئة الإدارية المحفزة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.76 من 5.00) وبانحراف معياري (1.093)، كما اقترحت الدراسة تصور مقترح مدعوم بآليات توضح كيفية تفعيل دور رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية لتحسين جودة الحياة الجامعية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030.
The study aims to build a Paradigm to activate the role of the heads of academic departments in improving the quality of academic life for Saudi university students in the light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, by revealing the most important proposals to activate the role of the heads of academic departments in improving the quality of academic life in the dimensions (creating an educational environment). Attractive, raising the quality of educational services provided, creating a stimulating administrative environment) from the point of view of faculty members in public and private universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.. The current study used the descriptive survey method for its relevance to the nature of the study, and the questionnaire as a tool for the field study, and it was applied to a stratified random sample of faculty members at the University of Tabuk and Prince Fahd bin Sultan University. The study concluded that the responses of the sample members about the reality of the role of the heads of academic departments in improving the quality of university life came in all dimensions to a high degree: it came after creating an attractive educational environment with an arithmetic mean (3.46 out of 5.00) and a standard deviation (1.090), and it came after Raising the quality of educational services provided with a mean of (3.59 out of 5.00) and a standard deviation of (1.125), and it came after creating the stimulating administrative environment with a mean of (3.76 out of 5.00) and a standard deviation of (1.093). The study also suggested a proposed vision supported by mechanisms that explain how to activate the role of the heads of academic departments to improve the quality of university life in the light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
