المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التأصيل الإسلامي لقيمة الاحترام وبيان دور معلم المرحلة الثانوية في تعزيزها لدى طلابه، واعتمدت على المنهجين الأصولي والوصفي، وجاءت مكونة من إطار عام شمل: المقدمة ومشكلة الدراسة وأسئلتها وأهدافها وأهميتها ومنهجها والدراسات السابقة، ثم أربعة محاور على النحو التالي: المحور الأول: قيمة الاحترام كما تعكسها الأدبيات التربوية، المحور الثاني: التأصيل الإسلامي لقيمة الاحترام، المحور الثالث: دور المعلم في تعزيز قيمة الاحترام لدى طلابه، المحور الرابع: الأساليب التي ينبغي أن يتبعها المعلم في تعزيز قيمة الاحترام لدى طلابه: أن أفضل الأساليب التي ينبغي أن استخدمها المعلم في تنمية قيمة الاحترام لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية هي: حث المعلم الطلاب على الاقتداء بنبينا صلى الله عليه وسلم في الاحترام، تعامل المعلم مع طلابه باحترام، تحذير المعلم طلابه من الآثار السيئة لعدم الاحترام، تعزيز المعلم سلوكيات الطالب التي ترسخ لديه قيمة الاحترام، بيان المعلم للطالب السلوكيات التي تنافي قيمة الاحترام، وتحفيز المعلم الطلاب على احترام الآخرين، أن من أهم سبل تفعيل دور المعلم في تنمية قيمة الاحترام هي: توفير البيئة الصالحة لتربية إسلامية صحيحة، منح الطلاب الذين يتعاملون باحترام بعض الدرجات التشجيعية، تقليل أعداد الطلاب داخل الفصل، التقليل من الأعمال الموكلة للمعلم، عقد دورات تدريبية متخصصة للمعلمين؛ تساعدهم على كيفية تنمية قيمة الاحترام لدى الطلاب، عقد ندوات، ومحاضرات، وورش عمل للطلاب للتوعية بأهمية قيمة الاحترام.

The research focused on the Islamic foundations of the concept of respect and the secondary school teacher's role in instilling it in his pupils. The basic and descriptive methods were used. It had a broad structure that comprised the following: an introduction, the research issue, questions, goals, importance, method, and prior studies, as well as four axes: The first axis represents the value of respect as reflected in educational literature, the second axis represents the Islamic roots of respect, the third axis represents the role of the teacher in enhancing the value of respect among his students, and the fourth axis represents the methods that the teacher should use in promoting the value of respect among his students. They are: in developing the value of respect among secondary school students: in developing the value of respect among secondary school students: in developing the value of respect among secondary school students The instructor encourages the pupils to honour our Prophet, may God bless him and give him peace, by following his example. The instructor is kind to his pupils. The instructor cautions his pupils about the negative consequences of being disrespectful. The instructor promotes the value of respect by reinforcing the student's actions. The student's actions are incompatible with the concept of respect, and the instructor encourages the pupils to respect others. One of the most essential methods for teachers to engage their role in instilling the concept of respect is to: A suitable environment for proper Islamic education, granting students who deal with respect some encouragement degrees, reducing the number of students in the classroom, reducing the amount of work entrusted to the teacher, holding specialised training courses for teachers; assisting them on how to develop the value of respect in students, holding seminars, lectures, and workshops for students to raise awareness.
