يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على تأثير تطور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي على العمل الشرطي لموجهة الحروب النفسية وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى الإطار المفاهيمي للذكاء الاصطناعي متضمنا تحديد ماهية الذكاء الاصطناعي ومعرفة خصائص الذكاء الاصطناعي، ثم بعد ذلك الانتقال إلى الإطار المفاهيمي للحروب النفسية متضمنا تحديد ماهية الحروب النفسية ومعرفة مستويات الحروب النفسية، ثم في النهاية التطرق إلى تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمواجهة الحروب النفسية متضمنا تحديد تأثيرات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في الحروب النفسية وموضحا أهم متطلبات الحد من تأثيرات تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لمواجهة الحروب النفسية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اتبع الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وخلص البحث إلى أن الذكاء الاصطناعي ليس وليد اللحظة، ولكنه نتاج 2000 سنة من تقاليد الفلسفة ونظريات الإدراك والتعلم و 400 سنة من الرياضيات التي قادت إلى امتلاك نظريات في المنطق، الاحتمال والحوسبة، هذا ويمكن تعريف الحروب النفسية على أنها مجموعة من الأعمال التي تستخدم تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي وذلك لتأثير على العدو، وتستهدف الحرب النفسية التأثير في سلوك العدو وتنقسم إلى مستويات هي الحرب النفسية الاستراتيجية والحرب النفسية التكتيكية والحرب النفسية التعزيزية والحرب النفسية الوقائية والمضادة، ويمكن حصر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في ثلاث مجالات رئيسية وهي: تطبيقات العلوم الإدراكية Cognitive science Applications تطبيقات الآلات الذكية Robotics Applications تطبيقات الواجهة البينية الطبيعية Natural Interface Applications وتستخدم تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، تقنية التعلم الآلي القائمة على منهجية الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتستخدم أيضا شبكة الخصومة التوليدية (SCN) وتؤدي المعلومات والتأثيرات النفسية لـــ "التزييف العميق" إلى الإضرار بالسلامة النفسية للفرد، وزيادة تعرض الشخص للتلاعب، وتقويض الثقة الاجتماعية، والمرونة الفردية، وكذلك علاقات الشخص بالعالم وبنفسه.
