المستخلص: It can be said that contemporary symbolic poetry is social poetry that has a realistic view of society and human social status. Symbolism is the art of expressing thoughts and emotions through use of symbols to evoke feelings and ideas in the reader's mind. Therefore, the poets' goal of using symbolism in their poetry is to resolve the conflict between the material and moral worlds. Frough Farrokhzad paid great attention to symbolic poetry, as she expressed her social reality through her poems. She wrote most of her poems in the field of symbolism, that is, she used symbols to express the social conditions that the country was going through due to political failures. Therefore, her poems contained a variety of different social themes, full of social criticism of the conditions in which people live.
