المستخلص: This research aims to identify the impact of the characteristics of the learning organization in its dimensions (mental models, organizational excellence, systemic thinking, shared vision, collective learning) in each of the dimensions of sustainable competitive advantage represented by (quality, responsiveness to customers, effectiveness). Information related to the field research was collected in three private colleges (Baghdad University College of Economic Sciences - Al-Mo'mun University College - Al-Turath University) by designing a questionnaire that was distributed to the research sample of (75) teachers and administrators in the colleges. The research showed several conclusions, including: (1) There is a direct correlation with a statistical significance between all the characteristics of the learning organization represented by (mental models, organizational excellence, associative thinking, joint vision, group learning) and between each dimension of the sustainable competitive advantage represented by (quality response to customers, effectiveness). (2) The application of the characteristics of the learning organization represented by (mental models, organizational excellence, associative thinking, shared vision, group learning) in the faculties of the research sample led to a significant impact in every dimension of the sustainable competitive advantage represented by (quality, response to customers, effectiveness,) At the end of the research, a number of recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: Private organizations, including private colleges and universities, should develop and popularize the concept of the characteristics of the educated organization and adopt this concept in its departments, because this concept provides the organization with a model that helps in development, progress and achieving the organization's goals related to achieving competitive advantage The sustainable represented by quality, responsiveness to customers and effectiveness, which all organizations seek to achieve

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة بأبعادها المتمثلة ب (النماذج العقلية، التفوق التنظيمي، التفكير النظمي، الرؤية المشتركة، التعلم الجماعي) في كل بعد من أبعاد الميزة التنافسية المستدامة والمتمثلة ب(الجودة، الاستجابة للزبائن، الفاعلية). وتم جمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالبحث الذي جرى ميدانيا في ثلاثة كليات أهلية (كلية بغداد للعلوم الاقتصادية الجامعة - كلية المؤمون – الجامعة - جامعة التراث) من خلال تصميم استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة البحث البالغة (75) من التدريسين والإداريين في الكليات. وأظهر البحث عدة استنتاجات منها: (1) وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جميع خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة المتمثلة ب (النماذج العقلية، التفوق التنضيمي، التفكير النضمي، الرؤية المشتركة، التعلم الجماعي) وبين كل بعد من أبعاد الميزة التنافسية المستدامة المتمثلة (بالجودة، الاستجابة للزبائن، الفاعلية). (2) أدى تطبيق خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة المتمثلة ب (النماذج العقلية، التفوق التنضيمي، التفكير النضمي، الرؤية المشتركة، التعلم الجماعي) في الكليات عينة البحث إلى حدوث تأثير معنوي في كل بعد من أبعاد الميزة التنافسية المستدامة المتمثلة (بالجودة، الاستجابة للزبائن، الفاعلية)، وفي نهاية البحث تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: على المنظمات الخاصة ومنها الكليات والجامعات الأهلية أن تطور وتشيع مفهوم خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة وان تتبنى هذا المفهوم في إداراتها وذلك لما يقدمه هذا المفهوم للمنظمة من نموذج يساعد في التطور والتقدم وتحقيق أهداف المنظمة المتعلقة بتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة المتمثلة بالجودة والاستجابة للزبائن والفاعلية والتي تسعى إلى تحقيقها جميع المنظمات
