|a جاءت هذه الدراسة لإظهار أثر برنامج التأهيل في تحسين تنافسية المؤسسات الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة فقد تم إعداد استبيان لفحص متغيرات الدراسة وتوزيعه على عينة متكونة من 60 مؤسسة صناعية تبنت برنامج التأهيل. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن برنامج التأهيل عملية تحسين مستمرة ضرورية للمؤسسات، إضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية ما بين تبني برنامج التأهيل وتحسين تنافسية المؤسسة.

|b The study aims to identify the impact of the up-grading program in improving the competitiveness of economic entreprises. to achieve this study, a questionnaire was prepared to examine the variables of the study and distribute it to a sample composed of 60 economic entrepises that adopted the up-grading program. The study arrived a number of results, the most important of which is that the up grading program is a continuous improvement process and is necessary for entreprises and There are differences on the statistical indication, between adopting the up-grading program and improving the competitiveness of the entreprises.
