|a تهدف هذه الورقة إلى الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي الذي يتمحور حول مدى فعالية استخدام النظرية المؤسسية الجديدة في تفسير الظواهر الاجتماعية وكذا الاقتصادية؟ وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية نتناول المنظور السوسيولوجي للنظرية المؤسسية الجديدة لديماجيووبأول وإبراز جوانب الخلل فيه من خلال توظيفه لمفهوم الشرعية. وكخلاصة تم الوصول إلى نتيجة مفادها أن تفسير النظرية المؤسسية الجديدة يوظف مفهوم يخل بالمفهوم الحقيقي للشرعية القائم على القبول والاعتراف.

|b This paper aims to answer the main question that revolves around the effectiveness of using the new institutional theory NIS in explaining social and economic phenomena. To answer this question, we tack the sociological perspective of the new institutional theory of Demaggio and Powell and highlight its flaws through his employment of the legitimacy concept. As a conclusion, we reach that the interpretation of the new institutional theory employs a concept that violates the true concept of legitimacy based on acceptance and recognition.
