|a استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع التخطيط الأسرى كمدخل لتحسين نوعية الحياة للأسر الفقيرة الريفية والحضرية، وتحديد الفروق بين تلك الأسر، وتنتمي تلك الدراسة إلى نمط الدراسات الوصفية المقارنة، باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان في جمع البيانات حيث طبقت الدراسة على (١٨٦) أسرة ريفية، و(٣٧٥) أسرة حضرية من المترددين على عدد (٤) جمعيات أهلية، وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن هناك ضعف في ممارسة التخطيط الأسري لدى الأسر بصفة عامة والريفية على وجه الخصوص، وإن كانت نسبته ضعيفة على مستوى العينتين، كذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف مستوى نوعية الحياة للأسر بصفة عامة والريفة بصفة خاصة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على التوعية بأهمية التخطيط الأسرى وكيفية ممارسته للأسر الفقيرة باعتباره أحد المداخل التي يمكن من خلالها تحسين نوعية الحياة بالنسبة لهم.

|b The study aimed to identify the reality of family planning as an entry point to improve the quality of life for rural and urban families, and to identify the differences between those families. This study belongs to the style of comparative descriptive studies, using the social survey method in the sample. The study relied on the questionnaire in data collection, as the study was applied to (186) families in rural areas, and (375) urban families who hesitated against a number of (4) civil societies. The study concluded that there is a weakness in the practice of family planning for families in general and rural areas in particular, although its percentage is weak at the level of the two samples, and the study also reached twice the level of The quality of life for families in general and rural in particular, and the study recommended that it is necessary to work on awareness and family planning exercised by poor families as one of the entry points that can improve the quality of life for them.
