المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات كمتغير في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات على المستوى المحلى، من خلال الوقوف على واقع إدراك أهمية تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات عند التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات، ودور تكنولوجيا المعلومات عبر مراحل التخطيط، وتعد الدراسة من نمط الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للعاملين بمراكز تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار وإدارات الأزمات بديوان عام محافظة الإسكندرية والأحياء التابعة، وقام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبيان تم تطبيقها على مجتمع البحث لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن هناك إدراك لدى العاملين بأهمية تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات عند التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات، وأن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تسهم في توفير المعلومات وتبادلها واسترجاعها واستثمارها في كافة مراحل التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات، وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تطوير البنية التحتية لمنظومة تكنولوجيا المعلومات على مستوى المحافظة والإحياء، وضرورة تطبيق برامج تدريبية متخصصة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات لرفع المستوى المعرفي والمهارى للعاملين بمراكز تكنولوجيا المعلومات ودعم اتخاذ القرار وإدارات الأزمات بديوان عام محافظة الإسكندرية والإحياء التابعة على المستوى المحلى.

The study aimed to identify the reality of the information technology application as a variable for crisis management planning at the local level, by examining the awareness reality of the importance of information technology applying when planning for crisis management, and the role of information technology through planning stages, the study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for workers at information technology centers and decision-making support and crisis departments in the General Office of Alexandria Governorate and the suburbs affiliated and the researcher designed a questionnaire that was applied to the research community to achieve the research goals and the results of the study showed There is an awareness among workers about importance of applying information technology while planning for crisis management, and that information technology contributes to providing, exchanging, retrieving and investing information in all stages of planning, crisis management, and the study recommended importance of infrastructure development of the information technology system at the governorate and rehabilitation levels, and the need to implement specialized training programs in information technology to raise the knowledge and skill level of workers in information technology centers and support decision-making and crisis departments at the General Office of Alexandria and the districts subordinate at the local level.
