المستخلص: درس البحث الاستكراه النحوي في كتاب سيبويه، وألزم نفسه ببيان الفرق بين استعمال سيبويه للكره واستعماله للاستكراه؛ ليسير على خطاً واضحة ثابتة في رصد صور الاستكراه ومسائله، ينماز فيها مصطلح الكره عن الاستكراه؛ في كون الأول علة نحوية لما كرهَ استعماله مما لم يستعمل بعد، وكون الآخر حكماً نوعياً لما استعمل في كلام العرب أو أمثلة النحويين وتوجيهاتهم بوجه من الوجوه على غير الوجه المرتضى استعماله؛ فيخرج الأول من دائرة البحث بعد تمييزه، ويدخل الآخر في دائرة البحث استقصاءً وتفصيلاً وبياناً. وقد قسم البحث صور الاستكراه النحوي في كتاب سيبويه على ثلاث بحسب ما تضمنته مسائل هذه الصور الثلاث، فكانت على النحو الآتي: - الصورة الأولى: استكراه مخالفة الأصل: وفيها مسألة استكراه وقوع الجوامد الذواتية صفات. - الصورة الثانية: استكراه التمثيل النحوي المتكلف فيه: وفيها مسألة استكراه الجمع بين الويح والتب في الدعاء، ومسألة استكراه المجازاة بـ(كيف) شرطية جازمة. - الصورة الثالثة: استكراه الوجه النحوي المخالف للواقع اللغوي: وفيها مسألة استكراه توجيه المضمر توكيداً للظاهر، ومسألة استكراه جمع قسمين على مقسم عليه واحد.

The research has studied the Syntactic Disapproval in Sibawayh's Book and devoted to explain the difference between Sibawayh's use of the terms Hatred and Disapproval in syntax. Accordingly, this study aims to investigate clearly and precisely the types and matters of the Disapproval, and to distinguish the term Hatred from Disapproval in the fact that, while the former is a syntactic cause of what is hated to use and which has not yet been used, the latter is a distinct judgment for what has been used in the words of the Arabs or the examples and the guidance provided by syntacticians in a way that is not acceptable and should not be used. Thus, after distinguishing the term Hatred from Disapproval, the latter has been further investigated, elaborated and discussed and the former has been excluded from the discussion in this study. The research has divided the forms of the syntactic Disapproval in Sibawayh's Book into three types; that is according to what the matters of these three types included; they are as follows: The first type: the Disapproval to contradict the original, in which the Disapproval of using the concrete Jamid (a noun that is having no forms except one) as an adjective. The second type: the Disapproval of the syntactic representation produced with an effort. It includes the matter of the Disapproval of using the two expressions Alwayhi and Altabi together in a statement of supplication, and the matter of the Disapproval of the recompense using the word (Kayfa) being apocopative and conditional. The third type: the Disapproval of the syntactic aspect that contradicts the linguistic reality; it includes the matter of the Disapproval of using a pronoun to emphasize an explicit noun, and the matter of the Disapproval of using two expressions of oath to swear on one thing.
