|a كانت الجامعة ولا تزال مصدر الإشعاع الفكري وقطبا فاعلا في تغيير المجتمعات وتطويرها، فمصير الدول يرتبط في جزء كبير منه بنجاعة النظام التكويني والتعليمي للجامعة، باعتبار العملية التكوينية في الجامعة تشكل نسقا مفتوحا قد يجعل من عملية التقويم أكثر شمولية وأكثر فعالية وتدارك النقائص المترتبة من أجل التوجه نحو الإصلاحات، لهذا تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التركيز على مدى فاعلية العملية التكوينية في الجامعة الجزائرية خاصة وواقع مجالات التعاون والشراكة مع باقي الدول المتواجدة في المنطقة العربية عامة.

|b University has always been the source of intellectuality and an active tool in the development of societies. It is generally acknowledged that the future of countries is strongly related to the efficiency of the university's education and training systems. This paper will shed light on the extent of effectiveness of the training process in the Arab region in general and Algerian University .we will refer in this paper to the space of Arab cooperation in the field of training relying on both theory and practice. A questionnaire will be employed to gather and interpret the data collected.
