|a هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور القصة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطفل في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، وذلك بالتعرف على دور القصة في تنمية قيم المواطنة، ثم معرفة المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل ذلك الدور، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي للإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم (180) مديرة من مديرات رياض الأطفال جرى اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور القصة في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطفل (في جميع الأبعاد المعرفية، والوجدانية، والمهارية السلوكية) هي درجة موافقة عالية، وأظهرت كذلك أنهم موافقون بدرجة عالية على المعوقات التي تحول دون تفعيل دور القصة في تنمية قيم المواطنة، وكانت أعلى المعوقات موافقة هي عبارة (قلة تواجد التكنولوجيا في الروضة قد تؤثر سلبا على أداء المعلمة لقصص القيم الوطنية)، تليها عبارة (قلة اهتمام إدارة الروضة بتزويد المعلمات بالقصص التي تنمى قيم المواطنة)، وبالمقابل كانت أقل المعوقات موافقة هي (وجود اقتناع لدى معلمة الروضة بقلة أهمية القصص التي تنمى قيم المواطنة)، وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا.

|b The study aimed to develop a proposed outline for the role of the story in developing the child’s citizenship values in the kindergarten stage, by identifying the role of the story in developing the values of citizenship, then identifying the obstacles that hinder the activation of this role. The researcher has adopted the descriptive approach in its survey style to answer the questions of the study, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the study sample amounting to (180) Kindergarten female principals, and they were chosen by simple random method. The research findings revealed that there was a high degree of agreement among the study sample individuals on the role of the story in developing the child’s citizenship values (with respect to all cognitive, emotional and behavioral skills dimensions). It also revealed that they mostly agree about the obstacles that hinder activating the role of the story in developing citizenship values, and this obstacle (The lack of technology in the kindergarten may negatively affect the performance of the teacher respecting the national values’ stories) received the highest level of agreement. Then, it is followed by the statement (The lack of interest from the kindergarten’s management in providing teachers with stories that develop the citizenship values). In contrast, the least obstacles in terms of agreement was (The kindergarten teacher’s belief that stories do not play an important role in developing the citizenship values). Furthermore, the study presented a proposed perspective.
