The importance of research in tackling the financial, administrative and technical obstacles government sports facilities by going to privatization as the privatization give greater opportunity for those working in the sports sector to policy-making to the work of the sports facilities away from the administrative routine rampant in the general government departments, private and got rid of administrative corruption and sports institutions, It found that providing the funds needed to carry out sporting activities and the development of public and private programs are compatible with the sports facilities and the needs of the surrounding environment and make these facilities more useful and productive serve the sports sector.
