The future vision is a dream or wishful thinking or future ambitions of the reality of the sports facilities to reach the desired goal. The importance of research in tackling the financial, administrative and technical obstacles government sports facilities by going to privatization as the privatization give greater opportunity for those working in the sports sector to policy-making to the work of the sports facilities away from the administrative routine rampant in the general government departments, private and got rid of administrative corruption and sports institutions, It found that providing the funds needed to carry out sporting activities and the development of public and private programs are compatible with the sports facilities and the needs of the surrounding environment and make these facilities more useful and productive serve the sports sector. The privatization is the transformation of the public sector, which suffers the administrative bureaucracy and lack of funding and proper planning to the private to the success of youth and action sports and complete plans for the sector, and that the future vision towards privatization convergence of the desirability of workers in the departments of Youth and Sports, because of the weakness of the possibilities available in the ministry for the advancement of this great burden, as well as keep up with progress in some of the neighboring countries as well as developed countries in the world, so we have to be the first step in investing is privatization in the sector to address the lack of funding and acute shortage of sources of funding, and the poor facilities management due to lack of proper planning for after the completion of the construction of these facilities management and how to fill a shortage of cadres operated, can be overcome through privatization, which is one of the best solutions through joint management between enterprises and investor administration, as well as the selection of qualified cadres efficient good governance to serve the sports facilities. This requires us to search for other sources of funding, in order to identify the extent to which the idea of privatization and investment on the facilities of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and find out the possibility of their application and their compatibility with the mechanism of the current administration, but the scarcity of research and studies that have addressed the issue of the mechanism of action of sports facilities and privatization in the sports field researcher called not a result of a comprehensive study towards a future vision for the privatization of the sports facilities.
