هدف البحث التعرف على فاعلية استعمال تطبيق الحقيبة التعليمية في تعلم واحتفاظ مهارة رمي واستلام الشاخص من أسفل الرجل الممرجحة بالجمناستك الإيقاعي لطالبات المرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بفرع العلوم التطبيقية للعام الدراسي 2016-2017، وقد تم استعمال المنهج التجريبي لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة وتكونت عينة البحث من (12) طالبة وبأعمار (19-20) سنة موزعين على مجموعتين مجموعة ضابطة وأخرى تجريبية وبواقع (6) طالبات لكل مجموعة، وتم التكافؤ بينهم في متغيرات (العمر، الطول، الوزن) فضلا عن تكافوهم بالمهارة، وقد نفذت كل مجموعة وحداتها الخاص بها وفق الأساليب الآتية: 1. وحدات تعليمية للمجموعة الضابطة (أسلوب تنفيذ التمارين بالأسلوب التقليدي لمدرسة المادة). 2. وحدات تعليمية للمجموعة التجريبية (أسلوب تنفيذ التمارين وفق تطبيق الحقيبة التعليمية). وقد أستغرق تنفيذ هذه الوحدات ثمانية أسابيع بواقع وحدة تعليمية في الأسبوع الواحد، وبزمن (٩٠ دقيقة) لكل وحدة تعليمية. وقد استعمل الباحثان الوسيلة الإحصائية (spss) والوسائل الإحصائية (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط والمتعدد، اختبار t-test. وقد استنتج الباحثان ما يأتي: 1- اثبت استعمال الوحدات التعليمية فاعلية تطبيق الحقيبة التعليمية المعدة من قبل الباحثان في تعلم واحتفاظ مهارة رمي واستلام الشاخص من أسفل الرجل الممرجحة بالجمناستك الإيقاعي كونها تساهم في التعبير الذاتي الذي يعطي فرصة للطالبة للتمثيل الحركي الصادر من الإحساس. ويوصي الباحثان ما يأتي: ٢-ضرورة اعتماد الحقيبة التعليمية المعدة من قبل الباحثان لما لها من تأثير في تعلم واحتفاظ مهارة رمي واستلام الشاخص من أسفل الرجل الممرجحة بالجمناستك الإيقاعي.
The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of using the educational bag to learn and retain skill of throwing and receiving the stick from the bottom of the pendulous foot in The Rhythmic Gymnastics of the first stage students in the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science, applied Science Branch, for the 2016-2017 academic year. The experimental curriculum was used to suit the nature of the problem. The study sample consisted of (12) students, its ages (19-20) years divided into two groups, one control group and the other experimental group, with (6) students per group, it was equivalent among them in variables (age, height, weight) as well as their equivalent by skill. Each group implemented its units according to the following methods: 1- Educational units for the control group (the method of implement exercises in the traditional method for the curriculum professor). 2- Educational units for the experimental group (the method of implement the exercises according to the implementation of the educational bag). The implementation of these units took eight weeks, one unit per week, and 90 minutes per unit. The two researchers use statistical means (statistical mean, standard deviation, simple and multiple correlation coefficient, t-test). The researchers concluded the following: •The use of educational units proved the effectiveness of the implementation of the educational bag prepared by the researchers in learning and retaining skill of throwing and receiving the stick from the bottom of the pendulous foot in the Rhythmic Gymnastics of students. The researchers recommend the following: •The necessary to adopt the educational bag, which prepared by the researchers because of their influence in learning and retain at retain skill of throwing and receiving the stick from the bottom of the pendulous foot in the Rhythmic Gymnastics as it gives the opportunity for students to consider individual differences.
