|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر مقومات المنظمة الرشيقة في مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (290) معلما ومعلمة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر مقومات المنظمة الرشيقة في مدارس محافظة جنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة كانت عالية بشكل عام، كما جاءت عاليا في أبعاد: التكامل، وبناء الفريق، والجودة، والتغيير، والتسويق، والرفاهية، بينما جاءت متوسطة في أبعاد: الكفاءة، والتكنولوجيا، والشراكات، والتعليم والتدريب. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05≥ a) تعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة، ولكن وجدت هذه الفروق في متغير الجنس ولصالح الأناث، وفي متغير المسمى الوظيفي ولصالح وظيفة معلم.

Researcher/ National Center for Educational Research and Development - Egypt Researcher/ Waleed bin Fayal bin Rashid Al Uraimi The Research and Studies Committee of the General Directorate of Education in the South - Alsharqia Governorate -Ministry of Education- Sultanate of Oman The present study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the elements of an agile organization in the schools of Al Sharqiyah South Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of some contemporary models , study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (290) teachers. The results of the study reached that the degree of availability of the elements of an agile organization in the schools of Al Sharqiyah South Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in light of some contemporary models was came generally high degree ; They also came high degree in Fields Integration, Team Building, Quality, Change, Marketing and Well-Being; While it was moderate in the dimensions of competency, technology, partnerships and education and training; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (a < 0.05) in the study variables which are academic level and years of experience, As for the sex variable, found these differences for the benefit of Females, and in the job title variable, in favor of the job of a teacher.
