المستخلص: The purpose of any operational information system within an organization is to reduce uncertainty, and a fortiori especially economic uncertainty. The effectiveness of the relevance of its information system will affect its performance. The evolution of the latter shows the dynamics of this organization, as we will see within the company that we studied.

La finalité de tout système d’information opérationnel au sein d’une organisation est de réduire l’incertitude, et à plus forte raison surtout économique. L’efficacité de la pertinence de son système d’information, va se répercuter sur sa performance. L’évolution de ce dernier montre la dynamique de cette organisation, comme nous allons le constater au sein de l’entreprise que nous avons étudiée.
