المستخلص: Le pétrole l’un des moteurs fondamentaux de la croissance économique mondiale fait l’objet de nombreuses études de la part des économistes qui confirment l’existence d’une corrélation entre le prix de cette matière et la croissance économique. Cet article analyse l’impact de La baisse du prix de pétrole sur les pays arabes exportateurs en adoptant une approche en données de panel sous le logiciel Eviews8 sur un échantillon de 7 pays membres de l’OAPEP issu de la base de données de la banque mondiale et KNOEMA ATLAS durant une période allant de 2005 à 2015. Les résultats obtenus par l’estimation du modèle à effets aléatoires ont prouvé que la baisse du prix de pétrole agit d’une manière négative sur l’activité économique des pays exportateurs.

Oil, one of the fundamental drivers of global economic growth, is the subject of numerous studies by economists, which confirm the existence of a correlation between the price of this material and economic growth. This article analyzes the impact of the fall in oil prices on Arab exporting countries by adopting a panel data approach using the Eviews8 software on a sample of 7 OAPEC member countries from the World Bank database and KNOEMA ATLAS during a period from 2005 to 2015. The results obtained by estimating the random effects model have shown that the fall in the price of oil has a negative effect on the economic activity of exporting countries.
