المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى وكيفية استخدام ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية، وماهية الإشباعات المتحققة لديهم نتيجة لهذا الاستخدام، من خلال الكشف عن الدوافع الطقوسية والنفعية لهذا الاستخدام، ورصد إشباعات الوسيلة (شبه التوجيهية، وشبه الاجتماعية)، وإشباعات المحتوى (التوجيهية، والاجتماعية) المتحققة لذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين نتيجة لهذا الاستخدام، وتندرج هذه الدراسة تحت الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمد فيها الباحث على منهج المسح، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية قوامها (144) مفردة من ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين بقطاع غزة بواقع (50%) بحيث تمثل كل مفردة أسيرا واحدا. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها؛ أن (87.7%) من ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين يتابعون إذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية بشكل دائم، وأن (48.1%) منهم يتابعونها منذ أكثر من أربع سنوات، وبينت النتائج أن درجة تقدير العينة المبحوثة للدوافع النفعية لاستخدامهم لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية كبيرة بوزن نسبي (88.3%)، وكانت معرفة الأخبار المتعلقة بالأسرى أعلى تلك الدوافع، وأن درجة تقدير العينة المبحوثة لإشباعات المحتوى شبه التوجيهية المتحققة من استخدامهم لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية كبيرة بوزن نسبي (80.9%)، وكانت "معرفة أخبار أسرانا في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أولا بأول" أعلى تلك الإشباعات، وجاءت درجة تقدير العينة المبحوثة لإشباعات المحتوى شبه الاجتماعية المتحققة من استخدامهم لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية بدرجة كبيرة بوزن نسبي (82.9%). كما أوضحت النتائج انه لا وجود لعلاقة بين مستوى استخدام ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية، وإشباعات الوسيلة المتحققة، ووجود علاقة بين مستوى استخدام ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية، وإشباعات المحتوى المتحققة، وكذلك لا وجود لفروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ ) بين دوافع استخدام ذوي الأسرى الفلسطينيين لإذاعة صوت الأسرى المحلية تعزى إلى متغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، صلة القرابة، سنوات الأسر)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ )بين الإشباعات المتحققة نتيجة لهذا الاستخدام تعزي لنفس المتغيرات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تفعيل فضية الأسرى في كافة الوسائل الإعلامية الفلسطينية والعربية باعتبارها قضية وطنية مركزية استنادا إلى خطة إعلامية محكمة لإظهار الصورة الحقيقية لمعاناة الأسرى، وأهمية تبني مؤسسات المجتمع المدني خطة استراتيجية تولي تجربة الأسرى الفلسطينيين أهمية قصوى على صعيد التوثيق والتحليل ودراستها بشكل منهجي وشمولي. صياغة مدونة سلوك للقائم بالاتصال في المؤسسات الإعلامية الفلسطينية تضع قضية الأسرى الفلسطينيين على رأس أولوياتها لتكون بمثابة خارطة طريق توجه عمل تلك المؤسسات.

The study aimed to identify how and to which extent the families of Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons use the Local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio and What the gratifications they achieved due to this use. And that is achieved by revealing the ritual and utilitarian motives for this use and monitoring the means gratifications (semi-guiding and semi-social), and the content gratifications (content - social) achieved by the families of Palestinian prisoners as a result of this use. This study is a descriptive one in which the researcher used the survey method. The study was applied to a random sample of (144) individuals from the Palestinian prisoners' families in the Gaza Strip by (50%), so that each item represents one prisoner. The study reached many results, the most important of which is that (87.7%) of the families of Palestinian prisoners are constantly following the Local Prisoners Voice Radio and that (48.1%) of them have been following it for more than four years. The results showed that the degree of estimation of the sample examined for the utilitarian motives for using the local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio is large with a relative weight of (88.3%). News briefing related to Palestinian prisoners was the highest of these motives. The study also showed that the degree of estimation of the sample surveyed for the semi-guiding gratifications of content fulfilled from their use of the local Prisoners (Al asra) Voice Radio is large with a relative weight of )80.9%). "knowing the news of our prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons first-hand" was the highest of those gratifications. The degree of estimation of the study sample for the quasi-social gratifications of content fulfilled from their use of the local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio was significant with a relative weight of (82.9%). Moreover, the results showed that there is no relationship between the level the families of Palestinian prisoners use the local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio and the gratifications of means achieved. However, a relationship was found between the level the families of Palestinian prisoners use the local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio and the gratifications of content achieved. Also, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) between the motives for using the families of Palestinian prisoners to the local Prisoners (Al-asra) Voice Radio which was due to the variables of (gender, type of kinship, years of imprisonment). The study, as well, witnessed the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05≥ α) between the achieved gratifications as a result of this use and that was attributed to the same variables. The study recommended the necessity of activating the prisoners' issue in all Palestinian and Arab media outlets as it is considered a central national issue based on a well-controlled media plan to show the true picture of the prisoners’ suffering. According to the study, it is also recommended that civil society institutions adopt a strategic plan that places the experience of Palestinian prisoners an utmost importance in terms of documenting, analyzing, and studying it systematically and comprehensively. Another important recommendation is listed under the necessity to draft a code of conduct for the contact person in Palestinian media organizations that places the issue of Palestinian prisoners at the top of their priorities to serve as a roadmap for directing the work of these institutions.
