المستخلص: تعد أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد من أخطر الأزمات التي واجهتها البشرية؛ ويمكن التدليل على خطورة هذه الأزمة، بما حدث من اكتظاظ المستشفيات في جميع أنحاء العالم بالمصابين. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن واقع إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد بجامعة طنطا؛ من حيث مراحل، وعمليات إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد، ورصد الجهود التي بذلتها جامعة طنطا لمواجهة هذه الأزمة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي؛ والذي يتلائم مع طبيعة البحث وأسئلته وأهدافه، واستعان البحث بالاستبانة؛ كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، والتي طبقت على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طنطا، بلغ عددها (235) عضوا. وأسفرت الدراسة الميدانية عن مجموعة من النتائج، منها: واقع مراحل إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد بجامعة طنطا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)؛ حيث بلغ إجمالي الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المراحل ككل (1.92). أما واقع عمليات إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد بجامعة طنطا من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها جاءت أيضا بدرجة (متوسطة)؛ حيث بلغ إجمالي الوزن النسبي لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول العمليات ككل (2.15). كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) سواء حول واقع مراحل إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد، أو حول واقع عمليات إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد وفقا لمتغير طبيعة الكلية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغير المنصب الإداري لصالح عضو هيئة التدريس يشغل منصبا إداريا. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة التي يمكن أن تسهم في إدارة أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد بكفاءة وفاعلية بجامعة طنطا بصفة خاصة وبالجامعات المصرية بصفة عامة.

The recent crisis of the Corona virus is one of the most serious crises that humanity has faced. The seriousness of this crisis can be demonstrated by the overcrowding of hospitals around the world with infected people. The research aims to reveal the reality of managing the recent corona virus crisis at Tanta University; In terms of (stages, management processes of the emerging corona virus crisis, and monitoring the efforts made by Tanta University to confront this crisis). To achieve this goal, the research used the descriptive method. Which fits with the nature of the research, its questions and objectives. The research used a questionnaire; As a tool for collecting data and information, which was applied to a randomly selected sample of (235) faculty members at Tanta University. The research reached a set of results, including: the reality of the stages of managing the recent corona virus crisis at Tanta University from the point of view of its faculty members; It came with a grade (medium); The total relative weight of the responses of the study sample members about the stages as a whole was (1,92). As for the reality of the operations of managing the recent corona virus crisis at Tanta University from the point of view of its faculty members; It also came in (medium); The total relative weight of the responses of the study sample members about the operations as a whole was (2,15). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01), whether about the reality of the stages of management of the recent corona virus crisis, or about the reality of management processes of the recent corona virus crisis, according to the variable of the nature of the college, while there are statistically significant differences according to the variable of the administrative position , for the benefit of a faculty member holding an administrative position. In light of these results, the research presented a set of suggested recommendations that could contribute to the efficient and effective management of the recent coronavirus crisis at Tanta University in particular and Egyptian universities in general.
