المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي تحديد مستوي استعداد الطلاب، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طنطا للتعلم المدمج، وتقديم تصور مقترح لتحسين مستوي استعدادهم لتنفيذ التعلم المدمج بشكل ناجح. استخدم البحث منهج البحوث المختلطة Mixed Method Research حيث تم جمع وتحليل ومزج البيانات النوعية والكمية في دراسة واحدة لفهم مستوي الاستعداد للتعلم المدمج وتم استخدام التصميم الاستكشافي المتتابع Sequential Exploratory Design، وتألف المستطلعون من (963) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب جامعة طنطا، و(101) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة طنطا. اسفرت النتائج عن أن نسبة استعداد أعضاء هيئة التدريس للتعلم المدمج (81.7%)، ونسبة استعداد الطلاب بلغت (70.8%)، وتشير النتائج أيضاً أن النسبة المئوية لمواقف الطلاب تجاه التعلم داخل الجامعة وجها لوجه بلغت (74.8%) وهي نسبة أعلي من النسبة المئوية لمواقفهم تجاه التعلم عبر الانترنت التي بلغت (68.9 %) كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في مواقف الطلاب نجو أبعاد التعلم المدمج بناء على الكلية لصالح طلاب كلية التربية، ومكان المعيشة لصالح الطلاب اللذين يعيشون بالمدينة في بعد "ادارة التعلم عبر منصة الجامعة. ونوع التخصص لصالح طلاب التخصصات العلمية في بعد (ادارة عملية التعلم عبر منصة الجامعة) فقط. وأوصي البحث بوضع خطة إستراتيجية لجودة المحتوى الخاص بالتعلم عبر منصة الجامعة، وبالمحتوي الخاص بالأنشطة والتدريبات للتعلم وجهاً لوجه، واقترح البحث بناء مجتمع للتعليم المهني الافتراضي يتيح لأعضاء هيئة التدريس المشاركة والتعاون الهادف وتبادل المعرفة مع بعضهم البعض لدعم تفاعلهم عبر منصة الجامعة مع طلابهم.

The aim of the current research is to determine the level of readiness of students and faculty members at Tanta University for blended learning, and to present a proposed scenario for the successful implementation of blended learning. The research used the Mixed Method Research approach, where qualitative and quantitative data were collected, analyzed and mixed in one study to understand the level of preparedness of students and faculty members at Tanta University for blended learning, which is looked at from different perspectives and in depth towards the blended learning aspects. A Sequential Exploratory Design was used, and the respondents consisted of (963) male and female students from Tanta University, and (101) members of the faculty members at Tanta University. The results revealed that the percentage of faculty members‟ readiness for blended learning was (81.7%), and the students‟ readiness rate was (70.8%), and the results also indicate that the percentage of students‟ attitudes towards face-to-face learning at the university reached (74.8%), which is higher than the percentage For their attitudes towards online learning, which amounted to (68.9%), and there were statistically significant differences in the attitudes of students who survived the dimensions of blended learning based on the college for the benefit of the students of the College of Education, and the place of living for the benefit of students who live in the city in the dimension of “learning management through the university platform. And the type of specialization in favor of Students of scientific disciplines in the dimension (learning management through the university platform) only.The research recommended developing a strategic plan for the quality of learning content through the university platform, and the content of activities and exercises for face-to-face learning, and the research suggested building a virtual professional education community that allows faculty members to participate and meaningful cooperation and share knowledge with each other to support their interaction across the university platform with their students.
