المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن معوقات ضمان الجودة والاعتماد بكلية التربية جامعة طنطا، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأداة الاستبانة، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت (٨٥) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة طنطا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها؛ وجود معوقات بكلية التربية جامعة طنطا تحول دون تحقيق الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي، وكانت أكثر المعوقات وجودا هي: المعوقات المتعلقة بالمقررات الدراسية أهمها: تنمية المقررات لأسلوب التعلم الذاتي لدى الطلاب، افتقار كثير من المقررات إلى التوصيف الدقيق، اتسام كثير من المحتويات العلمية للمقررات بالقدم. ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالمناخ التعليمي أهمها: ضعف التمويل المخصص للأنشطة بالكلية، احتكار بعض الطلاب لأنشطة بعينها دون غيرهم، قصور الأنشطة عن القيام بأدوارها الفعلية داخل الكلية، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالطلاب أهما: ضعف الإقبال على حضور المحاضرات الخاصة بالمواد التربوية، غياب دور الطلاب عن الاشتراك في صياغة محتوى التعلم الخاص بهم، افتقاد معظم الطلاب دافعية التعلم لإحساسهم بعدم جدوى الكلية. ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بإدارة الكلية أهما: قلة امتلاك كثير من العاملين بالكلية للمهارات التكنولوجية الحديثة، إعاقة كثير من القوانين القائمة العمل الإداري الإبداعي، ضعف وضوح آليات الثواب والعقاب لمعظم أعضاء هيئة التدريس، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس أهمها: ضعف مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في استخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة في مجال التعليم، ضعف مشاركة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المؤتمرات والندوات العلمية المتخصصة، تدنى اهتمام أعضاء هيئة التدريس بأنشطة خدمة المجتمع.

"The current study aimed to uncover the obstacles to quality assurance and accreditation in the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, and the study used the descriptive survey approach and the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a stratified random sample of (85) members of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, and the study reached results, the most important of which are ; The existence of obstacles in the Faculty of Education, Tanta University, that prevent the achievement of quality and academic accreditation, and the most prevalent obstacles are: The obstacles related to the academic curricula, the most important of which are: the development of curricula for the self-learning method of students, the lack of accurate description of many of the courses, and many of the scientific contents of the courses are old. Then the obstacles related to the educational climate, the most important of which are: poor funding allocated for activities in the college, some students’ monopoly on certain activities and not others, the failure of activities to fulfill their actual roles within the college, and then the obstacles related to students, the most important of which are: low demand for attending lectures on educational materials, absence of students’ role to participate In crafting their own learning content, most students lack a learning motivation because they feel college is useless. The most important obstacles related to college administration are the lack of modern technological skills for many college employees Many of the existing laws impede creative administrative work, the poor clarity of reward and punishment mechanisms for most faculty members, and the obstacles related to faculty members, the most important of which are: the weak skills of faculty members in using modern technological media in the field of education, weak participation of faculty members in conferences and seminars Specialized scientific, low interest of faculty members in community service activities."
