L’article donne ensuite un aperçu des villes intelligentes durables dans le monde qui utilisent les technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC) pour améliorer leur qualité de vie. Tel que nous tentons de le décrire dans cet article, le sujet d'étude couvert par ce document est la manière d'atteindre la durabilité par la mise en oeuvre de villes intelligentes. L'investigation se concentre sur le concept de "smart city" en tant que stratégie de développement urbain durable, en utilisant des études de cas de Singapour et d'Amsterdam comme exemples. | ||
