المستخلص: ناقش البحث موضوع مفهوم الأمن الفكري ومعالمه وسماته في القرآن الكريم وتنحصر مشكلة البحث في السؤال التالي: ما معالم الأمن الفكري وسماته في القرآن الكريم؟ ويستقي البحث أهميته في أنه يناقش موضوعًا من الموضوعات المهمة التي تتعلق بالقرآن الكريم، يسهم البحث في الوقوف على معاني الأمن الفكري في القرآن الكريم، وحل بعض المشاكل الأمنية التي تواجه المجتمعات المسلمة خاصة بالجانب الفكري في ضوء القرآن، ومن أهداف البحث التي سعى إلى تحقيقها: التعريف بمفهوم الأمن الفكري وبيان أهميته والكشف عن معالم الأمن الفكري في القرآن الكريم وبيان سمات الأمن الفكري في القرآن الكريم واعتمد البحث على المنهج التاريخي كما استفاد من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في بعض قضاياه ومن نتائج البحث مصطلح الأمن الفكري من المصطلحات الحادثة، وذلك لتباين وجهات النظر في تعريفه نظرا لاختلاف المجتمعات في عقائدها وأفكارها والأمن الفكري مهم في حياة كل مسلم فهو يحدد من خلاله فهمه للنصوص والتأمل في آيات الله الكونية، تصوره للحياة ووجوده فيها، وبتحقيق الأمن الفكري يمكن القضاء على الانحراف الفكري الذي يعد من أهم مهددات الأمن والنظام العام، كما يعمل الأمن الفكري على غرس المبادي الأخلاقية والسلوكية التي تعمل بدورها على حفظ الشخصية وحريتها وعدم ذوبانها ومعالم الأمن الفكري في القرآن الكريم عظيمة وواسعة ومتعددة منها: الإيمان بالله عز وجل والمحافظة على الفطرة السليمة والاعتصام بالقرآن والسنة وتحصين الفكر بحصون الأمان حماية لمنهج التثبت وعدم نشر الشائعات والدعوة إلى العلم وتحميل المرء جناية عقله وجوارحه ومنهج القرآن الكريم منهج سليم في تأسيسه ومنهجه لرعاية الأمن الفكري، فله سمات وخصائص تميز بها منها: التكامل ومراعاة واقع الحياة والتدرج في التشريع والسلامة من التناقض والتنوع في الأساليب ومن توصيات البحث: ضرورة أن يهتم العلماء وأولو الأمر بتوجيه الناس نحو اتباع أحكام الشرع، وعدم الغلو في فهم الأحكام، وعدم الإساءة في تأويلها وضرورة التعاون بين المؤسسات التربوية والاجتماعية والإعلامية لترسيخ ثقافة الأمن في نفوس الأفراد وتربيتهم تربية إسلامية صالحة لتحقيق الطمأنينة والاستقرار في المجتمع.
