المستخلص: The importance of the research lies in its focus and attention on the dimensions of banking operations and their activation in order to enable them to achieve the best banking services, improve performance and achieve a competitive advantage. (40) questionnaires were distributed to the research sample for the researched banks, and the main research hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). To analyze the results of the questionnaire The data has been processed through some statistical tools, and in light of the results of statistical analysis, and the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a discrepancy in the responses of the respondents about each dimension of the strategic leadership and the dimensions of the banking operations of the banks under consideration, and the existence of a positive moral correlation between the dimensions of the combined strategic leadership and the combined banking operations, and based on the conclusions reached by the research, the researcher presented a set of proposals, the most important of which are The need to increase the interest of bank management in the research sample relatively more to the dimensions of strategic leadership and to work to achieve it efficiently and effectively by developing comprehensive plans for strategic leadership, banking operations, allocating resources and facilities, not the possibility of applying strategic leadership.

تكمن أهمية البحث من حيث تركيزه واهتمامه على أبعاد العمليات المصرفية وتفعيلها بما يمكنها من تحقيق أفضل الخدمات المصرفية وتحسين الأداء وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية، حيث تم توزيع (40) استمارة على عينة البحث للمصارف المبحوثة، وتم اختبار فرضيات البحث الرئيسة باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية (SPSS) لتحليل نتائج الاستبانة، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات من خلال بعض الأدوات الإحصائية، وفي ضوء نتائج التحليل الإحصائي، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: هناك تباين في إجابات الأفراد المبحوثين حول كل بعد من أبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية وأبعاد العمليات المصرفية للمصارف قيد البحث وتحقيق وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية موجبة بين أبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية مجتمعه والعمليات المصرفية مجتمعه واستنادا إلى الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من المقترحات من أهمها ضرورة زيادة اهتمام أدارة المصارف عينة البحث بشكل أكبر نسبيا بأبعاد الريادة الاستراتيجية والعمل على تحقيها بكفاءة وفاعلية عن طريق تطوير الخطط الشاملة للريادة الاستراتيجية والعمليات المصرفية وتخصيص الموارد والتسهيلات لا مكانية تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية.
