|b The current research aims to identify the elements of organizational health and the extent of the commitment of the educational organizations under study to ensure the achievement of the requirements of strategic leadership. A number of research hypotheses have been developed in order to achieve their objectives and orientations. (40) questionnaires were distributed to those involved in secondary education schools in Salah al-Din, and the hypotheses were tested. Research using correlation and variance analysis to diagnose correlation and impact relationships between the studied variables, and the research concluded a set of conclusions, perhaps the most important of which are the dimensions of organizational health and the requirements of strategic leadership are important for educational and service organizations alike, because of their importance in raising the ability of educational organizations to support sources of strength. And reduce weaknesses and work to improve them, as well as the development of organizations in its various stages.

|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مقومات الصحة التنظيمية ومدى التزام المنظمات التعليمية قيد البحث لضمان تحقيق متطلبات الريادة الاستراتيجية، وتم وضع عدد من فرضيات البحث تحقيقا لمقاصدها وتوجهاتها، ووزعت (40) استمارة استبانة على المعنيين في المدارس التعليم الثانوي في صلاح الدين، وجرى اختبار فرضيات البحث باستخدام تحليل الارتباط والتباين لتشخيص علاقات الارتباط والأثر بين المتغيرات المبحوثة، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات لعل من أهمها، تعد أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية ومتطلبات الريادة الاستراتيجية مهمة بالنسبة للمنظمات التعليمية والخدمية على حد سواء، بسبب أهميتها في رفع قدرة المنظمات التعليمية على دعم مصادر القوة وتقليل نقاط الضعف والعمل على تحسينها، فضلا عن تطور المنظمات في مراحلها المختلفة.
