المستخلص: "يشهد العالم في العصر الحاضر تطورات متسارعة، فرضت على المجتمعات السعي لمسايرة هذه التطورات المتلاحقة في كافة المجالات، وذلك بالعمل على تطوير أنظمتها المختلفة، ولعل أهمها النظام التعليمي؛ إذ أصبح تطوير النظام التعليمي في عصرنا الحاضر بصورة متكاملة ضرورة حتمية في المجتمعات كافة، حتى يمكن تحقيق الغايات المرجوة، بمخرجات تتوافق مع متطلبات الحاضر، وفي الوقت ذاته، مؤهلة للتجاوب بفاعلية مع متغيرات المستقبل. ومما لا شك فيه أن أفضل أنواع التعليم ذلك التعليم الذي يولد التشويق للمعرفة ويجعل العملية التعليمية أكثر متعة وأشد حيوية ويمتاز بتنمية مهارات التعلم الذاتي، في تعليم يتمركز حول المتعلم لا المعلم، ومع ازدياد استخدام التقنية الحديثة في العملية التعليمية ازدادت رغبة المعلمين في تدريس طلابهم بطرق إبداعية حديثة. والتعلم المعكوس استراتيجية تعليمية ترتكز على أسلوب تعليمي جديد يعتمد على استخدام الوسائط التكنولوجية الحديثة وشبكة المعلومات العالمية بطريقة تسمح للمعلم بإعداد الدروس من خلال مقاطع الفيديو والملفات الصوتية وغيرها من الوسائط، ليطلع عليها الطلاب خارج الصف (في المنزل مثلا)، من خلال حواسيبهم أو هواتفهم الذكية قبل حضور الدرس، ويسهل أيضا إعادة تكرار المشاهدة أكثر من مرة مما يسهم في تثبيت المعلومات وأيضا يراعي الفروق الفردية بين الطلاب، في حين يخصص وقت المحاضرة أو الحصة للمناقشات وحل التدريبات وتقديم التغذية الراجعة. وتقوم بيئة الفصول المنعكسة بتخصيص المزيد من الوقت للتعلم النشط، حيث يتم الاستفادة من إمكانية الوصول إلى التكنولوجيا المتقدمة لدعم عملية التعلم حيث يوفر التعلم المعكوس إمكانية الوصول إلى المحاضرات والفيديو على الإنترنت التي يتم توفيرها من قبل المعلم لكي يقوم المتعلمين بالدراسة من خلالها. ويعد التطريز البلغاري من الفنون رائعة الجمال نظرا لما يتميز به عن غيره من أنواع فنون التطريز المختلفة وذلك من خلال تعدد الغرز المتمركزة حول غرزة واحدة وهي غرزة الصليب. وهناك ندرة في الدراسات والأبحاث التي تناولت فنون التطريز البلغاري لذلك تعتبر هذه الندرة دافعا للباحثتين للاستفادة من هذه الغرز البلغارية وما بها من خصوصية بدراستها وتحليلها والتعرف على أهم السمات المميزة لتكوين هذه الغرز وطريقة تنفيذها والاستفادة منها في إثراء مقرر التطريز اليدوي. ومن ثم كانت الحاجة إلى البحث الحالي الذي تعد محاولة لاستخدام استراتيجية التعليم المعكوس في محاولة لتطوير التعلم الذاتي لدى الطلاب في تنمية بعض غرز التطريز البلغاري. وكان التساؤل الرئيسي للبحث هو: ما فعالية استخدام التعلم المعكوس كطريقة لتطوير التعلم الذاتي على تنمية التحصيل المعرفي والأداء المهارى لبعض غرز التطريز البلغاري. وقد استخدمت الباحثتان في تطبيق البحث عدة أدوات (الاختبار التحصيلي -الاختبار المهارى -بطاقة ملاحظة -مقياس التقدير) وتم تحكيم الاختبارات وبطاقة الملاحظة والمقياس من قبل متخصصين، قامت الباحثتان بإعداد محاضرات الجزء النظري باستخدام الباور بوينت والخاص بالتطريز البلغاري على أربع أجزاء كل جزء مجهز على باور بوينت ومسجل عليه صوت المحاضر. كما قامت بإعداد شرائط الفيديو والتي توضح طريقة تنفيذ بعض غرز التطريز البلغاري واستخدمت الباحثتان المنصة التعليمية المعدة من قبل فريق ال it بالكلية للتواصل مع الطلاب لتطبيق التعلم المعكوس. وأظهرت النتائج الإحصائية فعالية استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس كطريقة لتطوير التعلم الذاتي في تنمية مهارات تنفيذ بعض غرز التطريز البلغاري مما ساهم في تحقيق أهداف البحث."

"In the present era, the world is witnessing rapid developments, which have imposed on societies to strive to keep pace with these successive developments in all fields, by working to develop their various systems, perhaps the most important of which is the educational system. The development of the educational system in our present age in an integrated manner has become an inevitable necessity in all societies, so that the desired goals can be achieved, with outputs compatible with the requirements of the present, and at the same time, qualified to respond effectively to future changes. There is no doubt that the best type of education is that education that generates the thrill of knowledge and makes the educational process more enjoyable and more dynamic and is characterized by the development of self-learning skills, in an education centered around the learner and not the teacher, and with the increase in the use of modern technology in the educational process, the teachers ’desire to teach their students in ways increased. Modern creative. And flipped learning is an educational strategy based on a new educational method based on the use of modern technological media and the global information network in a way that allows the teacher to prepare lessons through video clips, audio files and other media, for students to view them outside the classroom (at home, for example), through their computers or smartphones. Before attending the lesson, it is also easy to repeat the observation more than once, which contributes to confirming the information and also takes into account the individual differences between students, while the lecture or class time is devoted to discussions, solving exercises and providing feedback. The flipped classroom environment allocates more time to active learning, as access to advanced technology is utilized to support the learning process, as flipped learning provides access to online lectures and videos that are provided by the teacher for learners to study through. Bulgarian embroidery is one of the most beautiful arts, due to what it is distinguished from other types of different embroidery arts, through the multiplicity of stitches centered around one stitch, which is the cross stitch. There is a dearth of studies and research that dealt with the Bulgarian embroidery arts, so this scarcity is an incentive for researchers to benefit from these Bulgarian stitches and their specificity by studying and analyzing them and identifying the most important features of the formation of these stitches and the method of their implementation and benefiting from them in enriching the hand embroidery course. Hence, the need for current research, which is an attempt to use the strategy of, flipped education in an attempt to develop students' self-learning in developing some Bulgarian embroidery, stitches. - What is the efficiency of using flipped learning as a way to develop self-learning on the development of cognitive achievement and the skillful performance of some Bulgarian embroidery stitches? - The two researchers used several tools in the application of the research (achievement test - skill test - note card - estimation scale). The tests, note card and scale were judged by specialists. On PowerPoint, the lecturer’s voice was recorded. She also prepared video tapes that show the way to implement some Bulgarian embroidery stitches. The two researchers used the educational platform prepared by the IT team at the college to communicate with students to apply flipped learning. The statistical results showed the effectiveness of using the flipped learning strategy as a way to develop self-learning in developing the skills of implementing some Bulgarian embroidery stitches, which contributed to achieving the research objectives."
